Mesmalie

Saw Mesmalie on steam just two days after it released, and immediately added it to my wishlist. The artstyle in the previews fascinated me. I felt it'd definitely be something I'd enjoy, and after about a month of sitting on my wishlist, I finally bit the bullet and bought the game. Mesmalie was really fun! The art was exceptional and for a game advertising itself as a point and click game/visual novel, two genres not necessarily known for gameplay, many times throughout the game I was surprised with how far gameplay elements were taken. The last segment was my favorite part by far, but the whole game is a great deal of fun. I will definitely come back for the achievements later. I highly recommend this to anyone!!

short game that will only take you 4-5 hours to finish, less gimmicky than most psychological horror visual novel games with a great style and decent music, and i think the story is very well written and plays out well - just make sure to go into it completely blind :)

i found this game from "free demos" on medal homepage and damn was i not expecting for it to be an actually touching game
