Melter Man

Quite a Original puzzle game . for the asking price of this gem its a must have for the library . Pro's Fun thought provoking levels , challenging but achievable , good help system to get you started in the game . hints are built in the game background itself if you watch . secret areas and multi paths available some levels . Luckily not permadeath :P frequent save points . Con's no pointer for where your aiming building blocks (not a major issue though)

[h1] Puzzle platformer with unique concept. Melt blocks, inhale and shoot ice cubes. Red blocks melt into lava so got to be careful where you step, but it can be used to your advantage and get rid of some enemies. Get through levels combining different skills. Visuals are bad but gameplay is somewhat interesting and allow for unusual solutions. Worth checking out. [/h1]

Remember to use a controller! The game plays much better with it IMHO! Super fun game!

Great game for only $3! Runs extremly smooth, even when a room full of liquidy goo cascading towards your face. :) Fun music and some good challenge curve throughout the game. Once you get the hang of building, you can go basically anywhere. For $3, it's a 10/10. Would melt again.

Despite its looks, "Melter Man" is actually a neat little "puzzle" game. It has fun and interesting mechanics but suffers a little bit from whacky controls (used the mouse and keyboard). It took me roughly 1.5 hours to beat the main game (not counting the hardmode). I recommend getting it on sale. This feels like the kind of game I would've enjoyed playing ten years ago as a free flash game. For what I assume is a first time game there's a lot of potential to be a solid physics puzzle platformer. As it is I can't really recommend it, even for the low $2 price, given the barebones aesthetic and really short playtime. If you ever end up getting it in a bundle or have an impulse buy, it at least won't be a waste of money. I hope the developer can improve their skills in future games and I would be interested to see what they come out with next.

2時間弱でノーマルモードをクリア 雪っぽいブロックと溶岩ぽいブロックを溶かしたり設置したりしながらゴールを目指すゲーム キーボード+マウスでも操作性は結構良いし、チェックポイントもあるので アクションゲームが苦手な方でも楽しめます

This game has just amazing controlls for an indie game. I played many games with jerky or just broken jump mechanics, and this one has no issues. This developer should defenetly do more platformers. And hire some artist, because graphics looks hideous c:

Interesting mechanics, okay controls, sometimes bland level design. Still found it interesting for a while thanks to the mechanics. Personally I'd get it on sale.
