Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

NOT RECOMMENDED... for MOST players, anyway. DiVE Offline is a single player version of a mobile gacha game, and it shows pretty heavily. All the mechanics, advancements, and gameplay are so blatantly made as cash gates and grinds that, in its original freemium form, it would be an utter insult to play. However, this specifically is the OFFLINE version... And surprisingly for a game of this nature, they've accommodated that. The basic premise is that you take one of a few dozen Mega Man X and Mega Man Classic characters, level them, equip them, and then rush through levels that are vague recreations of old X series levels. It's simplistic, but the gameplay spurts are satisfying and addictive, as this kind of money grubbing gacha game tends to be. Obviously in the case of the online version, much of the grinding and struggle would be done trying to get the currency to even UNLOCK characters... but the Offline version here deluges you with currency, removes time gates, and lets you grind at a more reasonable pace to get skins, characters, weapons, and more. This changes the dynamic pretty surprisingly... To put it simply; it's a bit addictive to have unlimited money in a gacha game like this. With all you're allowed to do that would normally be locked behind inputting a credit card, you get to feel like an exploited and pampered gacha-whale for a much more reasonable one-time price... hopefully a sale price, because 30 bucks is far too much for the simplistic premise and gameplay. If you're a fan of the Mega Man X series, if you're looking for a mindless grind to occupy some time, if you want to play as Omega, Layer, or Vile, then this game is worth a tenner or so on sale. You'll get hours of jump and shoot, with the added addictive grind of many bars and numbers going up, unintentionally making this a pretty chill experience. But to anyone looking for an actual Mega Man game, or even just a good and solid GAME to begin with, should definitely look elsewhere, such as the illustrious and unendingly good indie game: 30XX.

I despise mobile game UI in all its forms and across all time. The gameplay is good. Interacting in the menus is terrible and should be yeeted into the sun.
Turns out if you remove the predatory monetization from a Gacha Game, you have a pretty solid collectathon. The game promises a modern megaman trip through memory lane, and it has that in abundance. While it still clearly has some trappings as a mobile-first game, the presentation is solid and the gameplay becomes extremely varried with all the weapons and characters on offer. I'm a huge believer in the importance of games preservation, and this about as good an example as I can think of that illustrates how to repackage a previously online-only experience into an offline time capsule for future generations to contextualize what these experiences were like. Definitely not a great introduction to Mega Man, but a fun jog down memory lane for longtime cross-series fans; so long as you get it on discount ;]
This game is a great example of a Gacha game without the predatory Pay to Win scheme. Like all gacha games there is a grind to get what you want but in this game it is possible to get everything without paying anything extra. With that said the game is very repetitive and the story is pretty dumb. I played this game on my Steam Deck and had no issues, it ran and played flawlessly. This is a fun game for Mega Man fans but definitely not worth paying full price for. Wait for a discount and give this a shot.
A love letter to Megaman X and all other things Mega Man. When this game was a Gacha, I could not recommend it. Since the Offline version has NO GACHA ELEMENTS, and you can do the events at any time, I can recommend it, thankfully.
Nostalgia machine, grind in a way that is fundamentally not a MegaMan game I "enjoy" it, or something close to enjoying, but I wasted a LOT of time on the original. I truly can't recommend it, but I want MOAR
The game's origins as a mobile RPG work against it. Too much time is spent upgrading and customizing in mouse/touch optimized menus, and not enough in gamepad-optimized action-platforming. Steam cloud support requires extra, needless steps to work with. The variety or characters you can play as is nice, but too many are locked away behind grind. Overall, give this a miss and get the X legacy collections instead.
Crazy that this mobile game is the best megaman game to come out in gods knows how many years. It's wild how much capcom can't seem to know what to do with what was once their flagship series. I really like what they have done here, I wish more mobile/gacha games would come out with an offline version when service is ended. Underneath all the micro tractions and stupid forced live service/predatory designs some of these gacha games are actually pretty fun games. If they released more of them for a flat price line with all the content, I would buy a lot more. If you like megaman play this game because who knows when we will get another megaman game worth playing that isn't a remake/remaster.
The best game of MegaMan nowadays! This game was my first MegaMan ever to play and I think it's a great introduction to the franchise universe. Many known characters with great music in high quality. The version online was really fun and the only game I truly enjoyed the PVP. Is absolute great that is was preserved to an offline version but too sad the collab characters were left off from it! I feel this game could've had more characters and bosses from the previous MegaMan games. It's worth every penny and play.
