About
Medicinal Herbs is a detailed first-person cannabis cultivation and management simulator.
Start with a small growing operation and gradually expand your business as you learn how to create the right environment for your plants.
Growing a healthy plant is about more than simply giving it water.
Your plants react to the conditions around them.
Keep an eye on:
Temperature
Humidity
Water
Nutrients
Lighting
Plant stress
Power consumption
Growing conditions over time
Poor conditions do not always destroy a plant immediately. Stress can build up over time, and plants may need time to recover after problems have been corrected.
The way you treat your plants throughout their life can influence the final result.
Start small and gradually improve your setup.
Buy equipment, create growing areas and use different tools to control the environment.
From small grow boxes to larger professional rooms, you decide how your operation develops.
Improve and automate parts of your cultivation as your business grows.
Choose between different cannabis strains and learn how to provide the conditions they need.
Create mother plants, produce cuttings and build a reliable cultivation cycle.
Growing the plant is only the beginning.
Harvest your plants and process your cannabis through multiple stages before preparing the final product.
Your growing conditions and the care provided throughout cultivation influence the result.
Sell your products, complete tasks and reinvest your earnings into better equipment and larger growing areas.
What begins as a small operation can gradually become a professional cultivation facility.
Medicinal Herbs focuses heavily on simulation.
Many systems interact with each other, and finding the right balance between plant health, equipment, energy usage and efficiency is part of the challenge.
You can manage many things manually or gradually use automated systems to make larger operations easier to control.
Medicinal Herbs is actively being developed.
The game recently received a major overhaul of its underlying systems, including a new save system, improved plant simulation, performance improvements and many changes that provide a new foundation for future development.
During Early Access, existing systems will continue to be improved while new gameplay, equipment, content and quality-of-life features are added.
Community feedback and bug reports are an important part of that process.

Controller players stay away. Looks like this is your typical program a couple things and call it partial. I dont see anything about them going to make it full native controller support but till then dont bother. This game needs help. It isnt clear of how to do things. You are stuck in locations and cant leave. The grow times on your plants is insane. You can adjust but it really dont help. So what do you do? You hang around forever waiting for your plants to grow. Nothing to do but just sit there. We need a city to go out in and do things. Take a page from weed shop. Your game is boring and needs more filler and better grow times. I dont wont to be adjusting the times thats just stupid. They need a good tutorial bad. I feel unless you buy it cheap on sake there really isnt much to this right now. Edit: All lies the game is not clear on to do anything. The partial controller is VERY limited so wouldn't even call it partial. Its like this dev just put bare minimum in it to call it partial. I mean what kind of developer replies like this? Look how long it took at well. Being stuck in the grow room is the real "boring" part. I have played tons of growing simulators and this one is one of the worse I played. I just cant get over this developer coming on here and replying like a child. I mean I said partial in my post and this child says it like I didnt know it. Programming 3 buttons and movement isnt even close to partial. That adjusting "The game was never designed for controllers and it was not stated anywhere that it is playable with a controller" I mean it says partial on steam page as this person says under it but also contradicts himself with "it is not stated anywhere". LOL It does show you how to make the first box but thats it I was stuck. This person seems really salty. Just stay away we get one update a year and maybe a big fix and this person thinks everyone should love it. Very limited in the game people go buy one of the other dozen good pot growing simulations. Like I said you just hang out in a room growing. There is one with a back yard but how to get it who knows again its not clear on how to do things. Like I said in the first line this game needs help. Its still early access but with as little as whats in it and how ling its been out is a joke. PS I have been playing video games for over 40 years trust me this game sucks! This was a post on another negative."I am sorry that it is not what you expected. The game is in Early Access and is constantly being improved." How is one update a year constantly in this persons reality? Also it looks like its a copy and paste response. I should feel privileged I got the salty insults. Ok, Edit again: It seems he deleted his toxic reply on here I guess he didnt want a backlash with his satly reply but thats alright because I saved it somewhere. I have seen these developers do this before say their salt wait for you to edit with a reply and delete their post then you look like you are making things up. so here it is... "Pvt_Shepherd [developer] Posted: Sep 21 @ 1:30pm 1. The game was never designed for controllers and it was not stated anywhere that it is playable with a controller. It is "partially" supported as indicated in Steam. 2. What is not clear to you? There is a tutorial on how to build the first box and do the basic stuff. 3. You're trapped in a box? Where do you want to go? You can buy several plots and even a store that you can run. 4. If you increase the growth factor and time factor, you can complete a full grow in under 5 minutes. What are you stuck in? 5. If you buy a simulator to grow plants, do you complain that you have to wait until the plants are ready? As I said in point 4, you can speed that up. 6. If you want to have a weed store in a city and transport your goods to the city with hail of bullets, I recommend GTA V. But be careful! You have to wait until the harvest is ready. 7. Sry bro, but your review bores me too! If you want to help the game around me, please argue properly what you are missing and what you would like for in the future for updates. There is also a community section here. If you give my game a negative review and only something like this comes out and finally the insult "boring" comes, you will achieve absolutely nothing postivies for the game and ultimately you. Many greetings." Edit: No but apparently yours is still up there along with being a jerk. I mean you come back to this after what a year and reply again. You gonna delete this one too? well idk what happened, but i was playing, setting up a new save.. came back to all my items on rack being gone. wellll great.
Probably my Favorite sim to this day i appreciate when the dev starts dialing in on certain features and QOL aspects
Fun, not too hard but can be challenging. The devs are very dedicated and they hear what the community wants. In my opinion it worth its price and worth to play at least a couple of hours.
Good growing sim. Bargain for the price.
Macht so wirklich keinen Spaß.
muy bueno!
Best way to grow without going to jail
