Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 9.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

There is something infinitely satisfying about popping an enemy mech on the battlefield, combine that with endless sandbox mode and the gotta collect em all process of building your mech collection. Its a forever game.
An excellent Mech Simulator game. Want to lead a Merc company of giant robot pilots? This is your game. The DLC is pretty great as well.

Mods, mods, and more mods. MW5 Mercs is a great concept made even better by mods. Once you get comfortable with the base game look to Yet Another Mechlab (YAML) to start out and go from there. Cannot recommend enough.
Yeah, I love this game. If you like Battletech, get this game. It's a nice big sandbox compared to the linear story of clans. Kinda like HBS Battletech without so much RNG. The DLC missions spice up the game a ton as well. Strongly recommend getting those. At the time of writing I haven't gotten to play Chaos Reign yet, but I have faith that I will love those DLC missions given the characters involved. Also just in general I love putting melee weapons on my mechs in this game so much that I now actually field melee mechs on the tabletop.
Great game. If you are trying to get into the most content on the DLCs get Shadow Karinsky, Chaos Reign, Heroes of the Innershphere, and Solaris Showdown. The other DLCs are fun but do not add the volume of content as those listed above. Solid game... 'Mech stompin' is a blast with up to 4 player co-op. And to all you 'Clanners' out there... FREEBIRTHS FOREVER!
мега крутая игра
I've actually played this quite a bit, and the general gameplay is fun. It's meh combat with customizable mechs. They got that part relatively right. The game seems to kind of seems to force you into a lawful good role, or if you try really hard a morally questionable neutral role. You CAN take on missions where you're working for pirates or doing dirty work for corporations, but they seem few and far between, to the degree where they had to implement cantina mission (Side objectives you can take on like kill X amount of Y mechs to get side rewards) to reward you with reputation towards pirates to avoid cratering your reputation with pirates just by doing campaign missions. It's not unusual for the main story to sort of force you into a hero role for games that let you indulge in unsavory roles for side missions, but even even in the side content it's fairly hard to keep up a negative role, which is kind of a waste considering the game is set up perfectly for letting you take on more of a pirate role. Still, that's not why I wouldn't recommend this game, The story of the game is just incredibly dry and uninteresting, The only way I an separate side content from main story content is the presence of cutscenes. Boring and generally uninteresting cutscenes, ALL of the story is dry and uninteresting. It would actually make for good immersive gameplay, since it comes off as fairly realistic, but again, you're not really getting any choice for morality, so that immersion breaks if you try to go in an immoral direction. This seems to apply just as much for any of the DLC content and the story the DLC adds is mostly pitiful. The DLC does add some new mechs and parts, but I could only recommend any of the DLC if you only want the added mechs and parts, as the stories of the DLC add no enjoyment., Credit where due, some of the levels added in the DLCs are interesting and fun, but only a few. The largest complaint I have is the game's interface is a buggy mess. Li9ke save-breaking severity buggy. The DLC adds priority transmissions that take you into multi-month operations where you are locked out of other missions. I'd actually applaud this, as it's a change of pace and immersive, but they implemented it so poorly that the game doesn't always... well switch out of them properly. At one point I was locked out of contracts because the game thought I was still in a priority assignment. It did randomly right itself after quite a bit of tinkering on my part, but other campaign objectives remained broken, being unable to be tracked on the star map or even being accepted if I managed to locate the system where the mission takes place. The result is that even after the priority assignment is complete, i can't start other campaign missions, like say the story's main story line. Other priorities assignments seem tp be completable when they pop up, so I may be able to eventually trick the game into realizing that i am indeed able to do other campaign missions. The last point of contention is more of a combination of the previous: The story content of this game is just really low-effort. From how boring the story is, to how basic most story missions really are, that is to say their mechanics and objectives are hardly ever any different than randomly generated contracts. The DLC content includes new mechs and parts because nothing makes players hit purchase faster, but the missions add are mostly not any different than random missions. Having played before any DLC was added and then later with all DLC, nothing added was particularly ground-breaking, either. Made worse by the bugs that seem specifically caused by the DLC missions.
7.5/10. So this game has a fun way of bringing you into your merc team and trying to survive the galaxy map. You may win the battle, but repair costs will sink you crew if you're not careful. Be strategic in your choices and stock up. I definitely recommend the outer worlds DLC to start. Note: some missions are get the obj done and get out. You get to see your mechs damage in the ship and watch it get repaired with your hard earned bills. Not an easy game, but very fun.
