Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 9.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Лучший MechWarrior, затянул на неделю с головой!
This is an incredible game. I pulled MechWarrior 3 off the shelf at wall mart when i was around 12. They had a vison that was pretty captivating to me then. This is really beyond the scope of anything i ever imaged for MechWarrior, or really any game really. This is a huge star map of locations, a very big game and immersive story, if you get the coop working is just a blast to venture through all day with the different campaigns and missions, very full of narratives and dictation between the different group in battle, out of battle, in between. I bought the "inner sphere bundle", so i have all the dlc but 3 at the moment including the new one coming. Can't wait to fill my collection, even though i know I've hardly even touched what i bought. I have spent enough time I do want to leave a good review early. certainly one of the most comprehensive mech experiences ever, not just from these developers.

Big robot. stomp stomp.
Mechwarrior 5 Mercenaries lacks in a lot of areas. But yet I keep finding myself coming back to it because it is just... fun. And while the guns could be punchier sounding, the bugs could be snipped and fixed, and the overall amount of content improved... the game is a great starting point. Would absolutely recommending the DLCs and then maybe even poking around with what the community has done. And none of this is to say that they haven't been updating the base game, they have! they have been patching bugs and errors and even adding small things here and there in the updates. Realistically, this game feels like a puzzle, and once you have assembled the pieces to it, magic can happen... even on the battlefield. Grab your friends, Grab your mechs... and figure out which one you will blame it on when your party goes down and you are bankrupt. And remember that Comstar is always watching.
MW5 Mercs is excellent with all the DLCs, the way it was meant to be played....If you can, get it all on sale! there are some cool mods that will improve the overall experience(especially your lance AI)...go check out some YT vids to get an idea of what's out there and what you'd like to add to your own game....can't wait to start a new career and sink another 180 hours into MW5
honestly it feels more like a game demo than an actual game. compared to mechassault 2 from 22 years ago: the campaign, animations, lighting, voice acting, character design, storyline, music, sound design, special fx, cutscenes, and map design are somehow much better in mechassault. id argue even that the graphics are better in every metric but vertice count, raytracing, and resolution that said, its still fun to stomp around and shoot lasers, and some of the game mechanics are interesting. plus having DLCs and mod support is based. hope the next game is better, though
yes
Mir macht das Spiel auch nach 600 Stunden Spielzeit immer noch Spass: Neuer Content und immer wieder neue Ideen die Mechs auszurüsten motivieren langfristig.
There are some horrible optimization problems with this game and let me tell you... that's not even its worst feature. The controls are intentionally made to work against you, like half the battle is just overcoming something that should be simple and easy to do but is instead so absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that i cant even wrap my head around why anyone would think this was a good idea. Now you can obviously adapt but why in the world would you ever want to? This is the most basic fundamental aspect of a video game... how you move... Well if you do overcome that obstacle good luck keeping up with the stutter every time you shoot. Or anything else shoots.... or if anything spawns in... in fact anytime anything at all happens expect a little hiccup... sometimes a big one.... All in all its just not worth it. I just wanted a co op game with my brother. If you like this game cool, i can see the appeal. But in my opinion it wasnt even worth 8 bucks on sale.
This game has come a long way since the beginning! DLC's have added insanely awesome new campaigns to try out, other famous merc factions, and tons of mechs! Even better when played with friends... give this game a shot! I will say the DLC's will really make this game shine and get it away from how dull it was when the game first came out.
