Coming back after 15 years, this is the absolute masterpiece from BioWare. You cannot even call it a remaster, ME1 got the much needed glow up, while 2 and 3 kept the dawg in them they always had and then some. Also DLCs included absolute peak, Lair Of The Shadow Broker, Citadel, absolute cinema! And to all the weeping blokes who cry and leave negative review because the game requires EA account (I mean if you don't already have and EA account since it appeared in 2011 I'll just say if you're homeless just buy a house) Big hate on EA for sure but don't ragebait other people, the thing is on in the background never saw it once in 176H of game time. This depth you cannot find in today's AAA slopfest. Cheers
Best sci-fi original trilogy. Probably one of my favorites, if not the most, games I've played, peak space opera.

Mass Effect is one of those game series that has stayed with me for years. I've played through the trilogy many times, and for me it has never really been about the shooting or simply saving the galaxy. What makes Mass Effect special is the characters, the relationships, the choices, and the feeling that you're actually building your own version of the story. The Reapers give you a reason to fight. The crew gives you a reason to care.
I just finished the whole trilogy and man... that’s one hell of a story. It felt fresh, original, and like nothing I’ve ever played before. It's full of interesting and likeable characters, and content that you can easily miss if you only play the main missions. And in my opinion, the best DLC is the Citadel expansion – it is as good as Blood and Wine from The Witcher 3. It is a must-play for any sci-fi fan. As the legend would say: I should go... cuz that damn turian is constantly calibrating

Still one of the best trilogies that you can play, and if you want to play it solely for the story - go for it instantly. But at the same time, know that the whole combat system is just pure agony and most of the time you just hold the trigger and hide behind cover. But if you are willing to accept that, then its a piece of art.
Half blind first playthrough of ME1 and i gotta say although the main quests feel a bit short and rushed, it really plays into the bigger picture that is you are literally running against time for the final objective, so thats a pass. I really enjoyed it though, knowing ME2's characters are gonna burst with personalities and the plot just get better, cant wait to play it
Finally beat all 4 Mass Effects. Took me forever, but it was worth it.
