Da ich mit dem Entwicklerteam persönlich befreundet bin weiß ich bzw. habe ich mitbekommen, wie viel Zeit und Herzblut in die Entwicklung des Spiels gesteckt wurde. Mein Fazit - die Fortsetzung vom ersten Teil [i] Markus Ritter - The Lost Family [/i] ist mehr als gelungen! Ich bin wirklich extrem stolz auf meine Freunde und kann gar nicht genug betonen, wie sehr es mich freut, dass all die Arbeit und Liebe zum Detail so erfolgreich in ein Spiel gepackt wurden. Für Fans des Genres und alle, die eine kurzweilige, packende Mystery-Story schätzen, ist dieses Spiel ein absolutes Muss. Hat ein bisschen für mich gedauert, bis ich es an einem weiteren Summer-Sale schnappen konnte und ganz ehrlich.. besser spät als nie! Ich hatte schon vorher die kostenlose The Lost Family-Demo im letzten Jahr zu Ende gespielt und hab für dieses Spiel meine Erwartungen anticipated. Trotz der vielen kleinen Macken, vorallem in Texten sowohl auf Deutsch und Englisch, hatte ich ein wahres Erlebnis mit der vollen Ausstattung der Markus Ritter-Geschichte mit Ghosts of The Past. Wenn ein dritter Teil jemals in Planung kommen würde, werde ich es definitiv nachverfolgen!

I really appreciate the fan fiction nature of doing another one of these games, and how hard it must have been to make this game. I also really enjoyed the demo which they made, I assume to get funding. Sometimes, this is quite good, but it also has the worst tropes of games of this kind, clicking on exact spots in exact orders, things not being clickable until the right sequence in the game, obscure puzzles, bad UI etc. The language keeps defaulting back to German even though I have the settings correct, so I have to reload again and again sometimes. I wish I liked this game more, because I really like that this was made.

Ich habe das Spiel bisher nur kurz gespielt, aber wer Fan des Genres ist, findet hier genau das, was er sucht. Kann ich also durchaus Empfehlen. Vor allem mit viel Liebe gemacht <3

I already had "Lost" but didn't quite get into it. When I started "Ghosts" I understood and returned to finish "Lost" first. FMV was actually a new approach for me. Now I want more if the quality is as good as the Markus Ritter stories. Conclusion: More Markus Ritter, please. Also I hope Markus will find a way to retrieve ... (I won't say. Spoilers, you know.)

Grę zwróciłem. Przez pierwszą godzinę nie doświadczyłem niczego fajnego a co lubię w grach fmv. Beznadziejni aktorzy, nachalne mechaniki, ani jednej zagadki. Porównania do Gabriel Knight to jakiś dowcip.

Good FMV adventure, decent length, fun characters except the women, they all come across as man hating feminazis for some reason, why they gotta be so angry, the way they treat Markus is friggin' disgusting.
