Für wen ist es: - Für Fans von Gabriel Knight - Für FMV-Fans - Für Menschen, die mit einer queeren Beziehung im Spiel klarkommen oder dies klar wünschen Für wen ist es nicht: - Für homophobe Menschen - Für jeden, der generell keine Beziehungen in Spielen möchte - Für FMV-Hasser (offensichtlich) Was ich mir gewünscht hätte... ...wäre, ohne den ganzen Beziehungskram spielen oder mir aussuchen zu können, wen ich daten möchte. Bei so einem Setting wäre ich Single geblieben. (Die Story hätte sich dennoch auf die gleiche Art entfalten können und wäre trotzdem glaubwürdig gewesen.) Mein Problem ist nicht die queere Beziehungssituation, sondern dass ich mich mit Markus nicht so recht identifizieren kann. Es ist für mich schwer genug, mich in einen Menschen zu versetzen, der so unsicher ist. Das letzte, was ich da noch brauche, ist Unentschlossenheit in Herzensangelegenheiten (sowas hasse ich im realen Leben)! Hat es mir gefallen? Ja, ich mochte das Spiel, auch wenn ich lieber als der Freund des Protagonisten gespielt hätte. 😉 Next part Please !

Lettera d'amore al genere, questo è un titolo apprezzabile dagli appassionati quanto dai neofiti. Divertente, con una trama ben costruita e a tratti intensa, nonostante non si prenda mai sul serio. Un piccolo thriller fantasy con l'eco di trame anime, manga e videogiochi giapponesi, oltre che infiniti omaggi e rimandi (mai nauseanti) verso i classici degli FMV occidentali. Qualche pecca tecnica e di ritmo viene perdonata in virtù della produzione indipendente, tutto sommato di ottima qualità considerando mezzi e fondi. Un bellissimo lavoro di squadra che ha sicuramente arricchito la vita delle persone coinvolte nella sua realizzazione. Un in bocca al lupo per tutto il cast per le prossime avventure!

This game was pretty good. It was a bit rough around the edges. But the FMV was great, and I really liked the world they were building. I was a bit confused what to do a lot, but making games is hard. This probably would have taken me hours longer if I hadn't consulted a walkthrough after being of tired of not making progress. It just felt like the "to-do" list wasn't helpful at all beyond just reminding you what you were actually doing if you reloaded the game after not playing for a while. A lot of the plot didn't make sense to me either, but if I don't think about it that hard it's not bad. I really hope these people keep making games cuz they got a pretty cool thing going for them, but if they make another title I hope they focus a bit more on player progression being more clearly communicated.

Edit: ok FINE. I keep on thinking about this game and it obviously made me feel something so I am going to change my review to a thumbs up. The ending still sucks, though. :( I wish I could give this a thumbs up. I really enjoyed it; it's just the kind of thing that I'm into - FMV, campy, doesn't take itself too seriously, unexpected things that make you laugh... Unfortunately, the ending was just too INFURIATING for me to give it a good review. It's not the gameplay or the characters - although I don't know if I've ever seen a game with a bigger couple of bumblebunnies for heroes - both of which were fun and disarming. The ending was just a complete leveler, even though I did finally start to see it coming at one point. If an alternate ending was added, I could give it a thumbs up. I swore there was going to be one even - but look as I might, I couldn't find any evidence of one. :(((((((((((

Wie schon der kostenlose Prolog ist auch dieser Teil ein unglaublich ambitioniertes und bewusst cheesy gehaltenes Indie-FMV-Adventure aus Wien. Man merkt das Unmengen an Herzblut in die Produktion geflossen sind. Ich hoffe wirklich das der geplante dritten Teil tatsächlich umgesetzt wird! Da hier Adventureliebhaber am Werk waren gibt es Tonnen an mehr oder weniger offensichtlichen Hommagen und Referenzen an die Größen der vergangenen Tage. Und für Wiener gibt's obendrauf wieder eine Runde Schauplatzraten. *g* Die paar Darsteller denen ich nachgeforscht habe, waren alles keine klassischen Schauspieler sondern "nur" Cosplayer. Ihre auch so schon ([i]Vor allem für das FMV-Adventure-Genre![/i]) beachtlichen schauspielerischen Leistungen werden dadurch imho noch einmal um Welten beeindruckender. Hut ab, ernsthaft. Leider gibt es nach wie vor einige Bugs von denen aber glücklicherweise keiner gamebreaking ist. Vor allem wenn man der Achievements wegen das Spiel im Schnelldurchlauf durchläuft und alles skipbare ([b]Großes Plus:[/b] [i]Es ist so gut wie alles skipbar![/i]) überspringt, kann es das Skript und die Engine komplett aus der Bahn werfen und aus Tag wird Nacht, Personen verschwinden von ihren Plätzen oder erreichte Ziele werden wieder als offen markiert. Davon ist aber wie gesagt nichts gamebreaking den durch Schauplatzwechsel wird alles wieder resetet.

Ich habe das Spiel bisher nur kurz gespielt, aber wer Fan des Genres ist, findet hier genau das, was er sucht. Kann ich also durchaus Empfehlen. Vor allem mit viel Liebe gemacht <3
