Story > Very Intresting, multiple endings Progression > Rewarding Combat > Turn based, but kidna unique (Reminds of Pokemon games) *not too difucuilt, but difficult enough* Visuals > Beautiful for a pixel game Music > Outstanding As The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap hardcore fan, I really like this game. Personal overall grade 9/10 *LITTLE SPOILER* Playing for second time and getting the different ending is not just playing another cinematic video, but playing the different version of Chapter 5 of the game, which is a big bonus.
good classic JRPG-style design. Manafinder is a throwback to the days when games didn't hold your hand, without being overly hard or obtuse like many titles of that era could be. fans of games like Earthbound or possibly the digimon world games on the DS should find things to enjoy about this very charming title that is absolutely worth the price.
Most unique battle system that felt good I've seen in a rpg, the music is fantastic. The story is middling but overall this is a fantastic JRPG.
This game is definitely challenging but very fun! While the writing is pretty basic, I love the world of the game as well as how you really have to rely on yourself, your dog, and your wits to survive the very tough world. The art style is also quite charming too - I love the interesting and nonstandard character designs. This is honestly a really fun game I wish more people would try out!
The pixel art is gorgeous and full of charm, and the whole world has this warm, wonderful fantasy vibe that’s hard not to fall into. The characters are memorable and heartfelt, and the story kept me genuinely invested the entire way through. Combat is classic turn-based goodness with enough strategy and flexibility to stay engaging from start to finish. And the music is beautiful, atmospheric, and perfectly matched to every area and battle. Everything just comes together so well — art, story, characters, battle system, soundtrack. If you love fantasy RPGs with heart, this is an easy recommendation.
Cool game, beautiful art, worth a try
Not a bad little RPG. It goes on a bit long near the end, but overall is a very pleasant experience. Worth checking out if you enjoy games of this genre.
9.5/10,很舒服的王道女主JRPG
Nice game
Really good game. Presentation: Really professional looking game, great custom graphics. Gameplay: Combat was fun and a bit different than what you normally see in these types of RPG's. Story: Some endearing characters, and interesting premise. Full Review (Rarely Typical Players (RTP) Podcast): https://youtu.be/I3Lp6_sCnBI
