Delve into the heartwarming after-stories of Making Lovers, where laughter, romance, and charming characters await!
Making Lovers After Stories… Much like the previous game, you play as Kazuma, a hardcore hopeless romantic who believes there's a proper step to falling in love; however, after the events in the prequel, our boy finally softens up and finds the love of his life. And like many others, and obviously, yours truly, are wondering what happens next? What's the next chapter for the awkward but lovable couple we picked from the previous VN? Well, look no further! For it is here! The developer, Smee, was nice enough to write four short-after stories for us to enjoy! - Bless their lovely heart! Unlike most VNs, Making Lovers After Stories doesn't start with a prologue. Instead, it offers five routes. So, pick your favorite couple and enjoy the ride! Mine is Saki; you can never go wrong with the Onee-san archetype! Her story starts off with a full-on strange yet hilarious comedy vibe about the couple's daily life as a coworker. Then, it delves into a more serious note revolving around family and her future with our not-so-dense-anymore protagonist. This route made me chuckle, giggle, and laugh through and through, and the oh-so-sweet interaction between the two was just perfect! As for the other routes? They're also quite the read; that's enough spoilers from me, though; give them a shot. Making Lovers After Stories has linear storytelling; aside from the early route pick and heroine hairstyles, it's all just auto-pilot, as in you can kick back and just enjoy the show; yes, I'm not kidding. There are hair options in this VN. Since the setting is one year after the original story, there are bound to be changes with your heroines. In this case, their hair. You can go with the OG or try out some fresh visuals for your heroine; either way, there won't be any changes but the CG. The original Making Lovers lasts around 30 hours of gameplay on average. The after-stories, on the other hand, have only 4 hours of content. Calling it short is an understatement. Visually, Smee does not disappoint. The character design and cheerful color palette are spot-on, making the immersive experience even better. Unfortunately, many assets were reused from the previous game. So, aside from the story, the only notable addition is probably the CG during certain scenes. If you enjoyed the original Making Lovers, you'll love this one. While the light-hearted comedy is still the main highlight of this VN, it still has some adorable romantic scenes that are just too cute to ignore. It's like the cherry on top of a perfectly good cake! My personal favorite was: Saki>Karen>Reina>Mashiro>Ako https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3216107563
Found this review interesting? Making*Lovers: Geki Icha After Stories is a short fandisk with 5 mini stories for each heroine in the main title Making*Lovers. Each heroine's route is probably around 30 minutes up to an hour depending on your reading speed. The only downside of this fandisk is the price, it's a bit pricey for a really short mini fandisk so preferably, get it during sales. But overall, just as the title said: Geki Icha After Stories, it tells you a mini stories of very sweet lovey-dovey interactions between Kazuma and each heroines. I have only read Karen's after stories and I am very satisfied with how it ends. Karen is still the same after a year, still aiming to become a professional florist, still trying to participate in the competition, and also putting a lot of effort in loving Kazuma and I honestly find this satisfying to read. It really felt like reading a small couples that grew together and become a perfect partner for each other, definitely worth the time to follow their stories. Karen forever, the almost perfect girlfriend you can ever wish for.
The primary reason for my thumbs down is the price is too high for the amount of content. However, if you liked the base VN then you'll probably enjoy this, as well. It's more of the same - light, comedic slice of life with very little character development and no interesting story. Although since it's short, I didn't find myself as bored as during the base VN. Just wait for a sale if you're going to get it.
So far, Making lovers is my favorite visual novel. I cleared all routes for making lovers. Really excited to play after stories. Here goes my review. Although after stories have a quite short duration gameplay, it tells in deep of how the relationships goes for each heroine. Smee did a really good job in enhancing the quality of arts especially the H arts (Smirk). Really grateful that the arts is still Uncensored~ The in voice acting also somehow feel quite erotic than its predecessor (Maybe just me). Other than that, I am so happy that they implemented the same sense of humor from its predecessor. I recommend this game to anyone that complete the first game. Best girl: My best girl in this game is still Kitaooji Karen. Reason.... Karen still have her passion in her work as florist, still doesn't want to let other people tell her what to do due to her prideful attitude. In the first game, she really easy to teased with. Now she has learned to be able to counter teasing. You will regret it if you try to tease Karen because she is now sly and sarcastic person that can shut you down! In terms of her gf materials, she is a very lovely person that need to be loved and very fast to become lonely if neglected. She also much more mature and independent than before. Probably change overtime due to her new lifestyle with the MC. She also a clean freak and can cook very well just like how you imagined a good wife would.
Karen is still the best.
🎮 Reseña de Making Lovers After Stories

Rejugabilidad7Finales múltiples + decisiones relevantes: invita a volver.

it's not worth the price for 4 hours of content. Also the MC got really mean this fan disc when he was much nicer in the original game.
