About

Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the Family in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era.
Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood of forced labor, he's ready to risk everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family.
His oath to the Mafia, with all the power, temptation, and hardship it entails, is a burning reminder of this simple truth:
Family Takes Sacrifice.
This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

The rough-hewn beauty of Sicily's rugged countryside is a stark contrast to the grime of urban alleyways—but the treachery and violence of this gangland run just as deep. Rival families and their ruthless leaders wage unending turf wars in the shadows, hidden from the public eye. Trust is a fleeting rarity, and loyalties are worth killing for.

You're the antihero of this thrilling 1900s story, living out every tense moment of Enzo's descent into Sicily’s clandestine criminal underworld. Come face-to-face with a cast of unpredictable allies and cutthroat enemies in this classic crime drama, rich in period-authentic details that will immerse you in this treacherous Mediterranean setting.

Engage in life-or-death combat, be it up close with a blade or from afar with a variety of firearms. Ambush enemies for vicious stealth takedowns, or slice them up in close-quarters duels. If you prefer firearms, wield period-authentic handguns, rifles, and shotguns to overcome any odds and doggedly eliminate the Don's enemies.

Traverse a wide range of Sicilian environments, from underground crypts and crumbling ruins to bountiful vineyards and ornate opera houses. To reach your next target or make a hurried getaway, you'll need to gallop on horseback across cobbled streets and open fields, or speed down dirt roads in authentic turn-of-the-century automobiles.

Dont waste your money probably the worst game ive ever played! if you could call it that... Its basically a movie that you interac sometimes but mostly look as some scene of the story. If im being honest the game ''The Godfather'' was 10x better
This game probably had one of the, if not the best story in games. The plot is gripping, and the acting performance is stellar. People who claim it to be a slow game, it is SUPPOSED to be slow, but I guess a game being slow is not an issue only when R* makes it. The gameplay is alright. The guns feel weighty, each bullet fired counts as the guns are slow and ammo is scarce. Cars too have true weight in them. The world is beautiful beyond words. Its definitly not trying to be an open world game, its by all means a narrative driven game. The cinematography is most definitely the best in any game I have ever played. I cant stress this enough, the acting is something that has never been seen in video games before, or is rarely seen. The long pauses, the inflection in tone, everything, they have knocked it out of the park. Performance is dog poop honestly, moving from their in house engine in which Mafia DE was made was a poor choice. 8/10
Well took me 25 hours to finish it. It's nothing like Mafia 1, 2, 3. In all three Mafias we were on Rails more or less. But there were small things that kept you distracted not to feel it, like avoiding police, going to a shop buy guns, a hat, a new suit. Taking care of your car, etc. I kept waiting for the game to open up and let me roam around free and do side missions, visit the villages and towns and it never came. Was held hostage to the story until the very end. After seen the credits, it seems if I understood right, they returned me to the middle of the story? Don't know at what part so I could do side activities... too late... I already know the story... it wasn't that enjoyable the first time... specially because of it being completely on Rails, I don't want to go over it again...
Terrible. The first two games in the franchise were amazing. This one sucked.
** Update - very pretty game. For the size of map, I am surprised there weren't more missions or free choice. Not quite the same magic as the early titles but good. If you love story games and have played the franchise, yes I would say get it and enjoy. Be cautious with the graphic requirements however.
it is so realistic andd has a great story
Refund!
