Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Sep 4 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

hardcore game it fуck my brains
A game for people who love a challenge
Some people enjoy playing challenging games. This is such a game, made for people who wrote angry letters to FromSoftware complaining about the severe lack of difficulty in their Dark Souls franchise. Needless to say, it is absurdly difficult, and I love it. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the Made in Abyss franchise, it is an anime known for being completely messed up. And this game embodies that. You die all the time, and often you will see a horrifying animation of your death, showing you the cruel end of your character. If you have a companion with you, you can even hear him cry over your untimely demise. Some of the scenes in this game are disturbingly messed up, and it has zero problems with killing off its characters in the story. You will be sickened by what you are witnessing in this game, so be aware. The game has two modes: A story mode where you play as Riko and Reg playing through the story of the anime up until the moment that Ozen sees them off. This is the easier of the two modes, since you have Reg on your side. And then there is the main way of playing the game, where you play through your own little story with a character designed by you. Honestly, the story is great and a lot of fun, partly because of how messed up it is, which fits with the style the franchise as a whole is going with. The main part of the game will be you diving into the abyss, trying to survive and make it back up again with some loot, which you can trade for some money and experience. You will also be given missions to complete on your adventure. This game rewards your exploration and especially the first and second layers of the abyss are designed beautifully. Be aware: The dive down into the abyss is easy, but getting back to the surface alive is difficult. You will have to fight hordes of enemies along the way, way, way too many enemies, honestly, you will get jumped by silly amounts of enemies a lot. Sneaking is overpowered in this game, but also no fun, and you will eventually have to reveal yourself. Sometimes you will have to fight a boss, and this game's bosses are extremely difficult and will take you a silly number of tries before you can finally defeat them. Honestly, if you like challenging boss fights, you will have a great time. Similar to Dark Souls, you will probably rage quit a few times, but eventually come back to defeat the boss and feel satisfied when you do. (There is one particular boss, which isn't fun tho.) So yeah the game is awsome. Personally I have a little bit of an issue with the third layer of the abyss. Since you spend a lot of time trying to explore dark caverns with your lantern, I kind of love the concept and would probably have enjoyed it a lot, when I was a kid. But sadly it strains my eyesight a little bit and causes me a headache. Another minor issue I have with the game is, that it seems like less effort went into the deeper layers than went into the first and second layer of the abyss. That being said, there obviously went a lot of effort into this game and it is definetly worth playing. There is one rather big issue tho: For example the boss you have to defeat, in order to get to the fourth layer. I don't like to say this, but whosoever oversaw the process for designing/programming this boss-fight deserves to get yelled at by his boss. What thought process went into this boss fight? A blind dog or dead horse could have done a far better job than Spike Chunsoft. First of all: The boss fight is super tedious: Essentially speaking you just have to jump up and hit the boss in the air about 40 to 50 times (Yes I counted). While it attacks you over and over again with the same very boring attack. The difficulty comes from three things: 1. It is difficult to not die from boredom while playing. 2. The moment you'll start fighting the boss, the frame rate goes way down. (I have a strong PC, and even my character freezes every few seconds, suddenly clitches through the boss when attacking it, etc,) 3. For some reason they didn't program the circle in which the boss flies around correctly, so it will sometimes just barely leave the arena, making it impossible to hit it. You will probably have to repeat this boss fight between 30 to 60 times, dependent on how lucky you are and every time you loose it will be because of technical issues. Honestly if there weren't so many bugs and glitches during this boss fight, it would probably be the easiest boss in the game. Who playtested this and thought it was even remotely ready for publishing? This boss fight alone managed to ruin Spike Chunsoft's reputation in my eyes. Besides this one boss fight the game is fantastic and absolutly worth a try. Especially for people who enjoy a challenge.

I feel like I could play this game if it was a text adventure, I turned it off immediately. I would not buy this game for any more then 15 bucks and made in abyss is still one of my favorite anime. I would love if somebody could recreate this game, ignore the made in abyss characters, make it multiplayer. That would make this game amazing, as it stands, I would not buy this game.
