M.A.S.S Builder, in my opinion is an exciting, high quality detailed, engaging and satisfying dystopian game. In this game you can build and design your own Mecha and battle large and powerful extraterrestrial enemies. Whenever you complete a mission new weapons and parts will drop which you can use to further customize the Mecha. I bought this game last year and had a blast the moment I started playing. The game is combination of hack n slash and first player shooter. To conclude, this game is vibrant, not too challenging, beautifully detailed, rewarding, well designed, stimulating and epic in my experience.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Worth it 10/10. The game is really fun and the customizabilty is endless. I would recomended it to anyone that like mechas and the aspect of their customizability
It is was you think it is. The Devs are constantly updating the game. I've been on and off over the last few years since it's Early Access run started. Always fun to come back to and always has more meat on the bone to chew on. Enjoy!
Fantastic game. Gives me the same feeling as armored core x CustomRobo with hints of Warframe style grinding to keep you occupied. Literally spent an hour and a half building a mech before I even started the game; and they give you 4 options of difficulty out of the box. I can't wait for this game to come to consoles and get a 1.0 release. I'll be here patiently.
(review written after the realease of 0.10.0, an update that added some endgame missions and rebalanced the game to make fighting more enjoyable) Probably one of the better gunpla game you can find out there. Seriously most of what you get from missions in this game are purely cosmetics. The only parts that really affect gameplay are weapon parts. And you still have a lot of choice in what your prefered weapons look like. Like how a weapon plays but don't like what they look like? Or do you want a custom armor piece? Well don't worry, there's an accessory system that allows you to literally do that! It's only 8 accessories per parts, but you can move 'em, scale 'em and rotate 'em. And of course, you can paint the mech in a somewhat in-depth way. There's even a decal mechanic that works similar to the accessories. And then there's the gameplay. Balance can range from "pretty alright but feels very good" to "I am getting ran over by 17 trains at the same time". Seriously some of the bosses in the later missions of this game have SO MANY POWERFUL MINIONS. And that's on normal difficulty! Granted the difficulty is much better than what it was in older update, where higher difficulty meant enemies have more health. But still, balance is not entirely there. So yeah, I'd only recommend this game if you really like customisation, mech or not.
挺不错的一个游戏,自由组装这个设定挺好的,就是哥们找不到汉化包剧情看不懂哈哈哈
Pimp your mech, then go hack'n slash those filthy mutant alien freaks !
If you've platinumed AC6 and exhausted the amount of customization it has to offer, give this little number a try. The devs clearly are passionate about this game and have been keeping up with it for years now.
Edit: Nothing has changed. Devs are straight up lazy. I've seen solo-developed games put more thought and love into things and able to get way more done in a year or two. What have these guys been doing for the past years since early access? Game is a disappointment. All they pride themselves in is the mech customization. But if you expect yourself any fun combat, then be ready to be disappointed really fast. Gun combat was awful back then, melee was king and probably still is. Sound design is awful all around, music is lame and generic, I keep it muted for a reason. And the difficulty.. That is a joke. Once you have a strong melee build, you can steamroll missions on highest difficulty with little trouble. Eventually enemies become bullet sponges throughout the story.. speaking of, the story is terrible. They introduce so many characters and expect me to care about them. Why should I? I don't see them do anything in-game other than use talk-no-jutsu and waste my time. I wanted to like this game but I can't when the devs are so unholy incompetent, lazy and refuse to listen outside their echo chamber, while shooting down all hope for fixing this mess of a "game". Original review: Devs are almost entirely isolated to discord and never listens to feedback outside it. There is a lot of questionable decisions made that makes it feel these devs are clueless and has no direction of what they're doing.
