I played it for two hours and overall the game was fine. It has an interesting story and nice gameplay. However, I did run into two issues. First, there’s a bit too much exploration. The maps are beautiful, but they feel empty, and since the game doesn’t really include exploration mechanics, this part of the experience becomes tedious. Second, and this is ultimately why I decided to refund it. The game’s optional target times are based on your total time rather than your current time, which creates some unintended frustrations. To explain: the main objective is to clear an area within a limited amount of time, let’s say 20 seconds. Every time you go back in time, the timer resets, so as long as you and your copies complete the challenge within those 20 seconds, everything works as expected. This idea is pure gold, and the reason why I purchased the game. But after finishing the area, the game presents an optional time to beat. The issue is that this time isn’t an adjusted version of your 20-second limit; instead, it uses a total timer shared across all your “lives.” So, for example, even with a 20 second limit, you might use three copies of yourself that each take 10 seconds. Your total time would then be 30 seconds, even though you technically completed the required clear within the 20 second window. This design choice feels a bit counterintuitive and doesn’t seem to align with the game’s core mechanics. Instead of rewarding clever planning or precise execution, it ends up emphasizing pure speed. And for that kind of experience, there are other games with more refined systems. Neon White, for instance, handles timed challenges in a way that feels more consistent and satisfying. It would also help to have a simple map selection screen and, importantly, a dedicated reset button. Currently, resetting a level requires navigating back through the menu, which interrupts the flow. If you’re looking for a casual, low-priced game, this one might be worth trying. But if you want a fast-paced experience with strong speedrunning elements, this may not fully deliver what you’re looking for.
The core gameplay is centered around a brilliant idea: you complete each level in multiple attempts, where each attempt is merged with the previous ones, so ultimately it's like controlling an army of yourself in a kind of time-shifting combat puzzle. Unfortunately, some problems and design decisions simply spoil the gameplay. 1. There is very little sense of progression. You unlock all weapons within a few hours and they never become more powerful. You can find and craft new armor, but armor here is just a purely cosmetic thing. You constantly unlock new skills, runes, and superpowers, but most of them only make sense in one or a few particular scenarios, and you can only use one at a time, which limits the metagaming aspects. With all this in mind, the same enemy in the very first and very last combat poses the exact same challenge. I understand that not every game should aim for players becoming demigods by the end, but for some reason this game didn't raise my dopamine levels enough to feel real progression. 2. The game simply stops being fun around the end of chapter 2 (of three). New enemy mechanics become more of an annoyance and hassle than a challenge, completing levels becomes a chore. One-hit deaths, polarized enemies, and teleports/gates are among my favorites. The time limit balancing is also all over the place. Sometimes it takes half the required time to complete a level, other times you have literally no margin for error, as every millisecond matters. This is even more prevalent in the challenges, which have bonus restrictive settings (flawless + one-hit death being my favorite combo, no comment needed). Being somewhat obsessive when it comes to completion, I still managed to complete a good chunk of these, but I simply ran out of enthusiasm. 3. The story is okay, but with some unskippable "cutscenes" (I mean you cannot advance the text). Exploration isn't really engaging either, maybe because the world is simply dead, or because all you can find are cosmetic items. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game overall. However, I think it only appeals to a minor fraction of gamers beyond the first few hours. If you can get it for free or for a very low price, you can absolutely take your chances, but even by looking at the global achievement rates, it's clear the likelihood of you completing and enjoying the game as a whole is very low, and for a good reason.
For Steam Deck users: For how simple the game looks, the optimisation is pretty bad, even at lowest settings and FSR usage, you will see the FPS range wildly with frequent drops below 30fps. Don't even bother with LSFG, it will make the game choppy and ghost the protagonist. Other than that, the game is very pretty, the colour palette is amazing and the gameplay system is very unique, fun and enjoyable. Definitely not regretting the purchase, just hoping for better optimisation in the future.
interesting concept but the story is so uninteresting, and the end game is just what if you played every level in the game again but more annoying
Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior looks nice and has decent gameplay, but it's not my thing. For fans of the genre, it controls well, looks good and seems like it would be a lot of fun if you like these sort of games.

Interesting gimmick, but it was used very poorly. It is basically an arena fighter where you have to kill only a part of the enemies to start over and kill the other ones. After a while, with light puzzle elements. But that's it. After a while, you get new puzzle types, but it is missing the power fantasy that you expect from a hack'n'slash. But still, on sale, it is worth it.
Какая же это чилловая игра ,с ахрененной графикой, и дизайном.Приятной озвучкой и русским языком, а на скидках не цена ,а сказка.Не все ААА игры так могут.Синдром ГГ у ГГ ,10/10
