amazing, the controls are part of the charm im having a blast
It's more Lunacid, but a worse engine. Still a bunch of secrets and a lot of fun. I do miss the mobility of the original game, but this one has a map and is more direct in route. It's free, so honestly more than worth a try if you liked Lunacid in general.

It's pretty fun, you'll likely outclass all the enemies quite fast in your playthrough however (being able to run unlike in KF1 also helps things a little). One nitpick I had while using a controller and the custom layout provided with the game is that interacting and confirming menus can have you picking up items without even seeing their description since the prompts get accepted lightning fast, but that might be more of a system or SoM engine oddity.
En sí es una experiencia un poco corta pero con secretos, lore único, estructura interesante y realmente un buen preludio al lunacid original
Very good prequel answering few questions but raising even more
there is a reason games stopped being made this way
Short but sweet. Had a bit of trouble with the controls at fisrt but figured it out quickly. A good little prequel with some interesting story stuff for those who enjoyed Lunacid.
The first things you have to consider are that this game is free and it was made in a 26 year old game engine. With that in mind, I think this is worth at least trying. I had a good time, got through the whole thing in about 6 hours with no guide and it was a novel experience that gave me a little more taste of Lunacid, which is exactly what I wanted. I couldn't play it on my linux pc, though, so I booted it up on my older laptop. Kira's excellent music and art direction shines through as always, and the ending is very powerful and poignant. Any criticism I have can easily be deflected by remembering that, again, this game is available for completely free and it was intentionally made in a very dated game engine.
Great free game. Cool art and music. Chill vibes.
