Lossless Scaling is a powerful tool that enhances your gaming experience by making games smoother with LSFG frame generation and optionally improving quality or performance with various scaling algorithms and machine learning models like LS1. It's compatible with most games, even those that don't have built-in frame generation or scaling, as well as with other applications and a wide range of hardware.
This feature creates additional frames to make games look smoother. It’s perfect for games that lack a built-in solution or require new hardware, as well as for older games and emulators with a locked frame rate.
LSFG is a proprietary machine learning model developed from scratch specifically for Lossless Scaling and has received several significant updates.
It’s compatible with a wide range of hardware and has a separate performance model for low-power GPUs.
The Fixed mode allows you to multiply the original frame rate, while the Adaptive mode lets you specify a desired frame rate that may not be a multiple of the original.
Scaling allows you to improve performance by lowering the original resolution and applying upscaling to recover some of the quality. It's also great for older games and pixel art games that don’t support modern resolutions or fullscreen mode.
LS1, FSR, NIS are well-suited for modern games.
Integer, XBR are ideal for pixel art games.
Anime4K is great for cartoons or anime.
A great feature of Lossless Scaling is the ability to offload computations to a second GPU. This means applying frame generation or scaling won't affect the game's original frame rate and may reduce latency.
The community has found Lossless Scaling to be safe to use with online games that have built-in anti-cheat systems. However, this cannot be guaranteed and should be used with user discretion.
Lossless Scaling provides extensive configuration options through Game Profiles, allowing you to save per-game or grouped settings. Profiles eliminate the need for repetitive manual adjustments by automatically applying your chosen settings and scaling whenever the game executable is detected, ensuring consistent and automated operation.
Only windowed and borderless fullscreen modes are supported. Exclusive fullscreen mode may work only if the Lossless Scaling output is configured for a second display.
Free GPU resources are preferred, otherwise Lossless Scaling will affect the game's original frame rate.

Es un excelente programa , te aguda a generar frame FTP, aumenta la fluides del juego con algunos titulos , lo he probado con cyberpunk 2077 y se ve genial. aparte con mk1 mejore la forma como se ve, con el filto ls1, que mejora la calida de la imagen, 101% recomentado

Besonders Titel sowie Anwendungen, die auf veralteten Single-Core-Engines basieren und moderne Mehrkernprozessoren nicht effizient ausnutzen können, laufen mit Lossless Scaling oft flüssiger, schneller als ohne. Selbst auf leistungsstarker Hardware wie meinem MSI Vector 17 HX bringt das Tool in solchen Spielen einen echten Mehrwert, da hier nicht die Hardware, sondern die alte Spiel-Engine der limitierende Faktor ist. LS is honestly a great application for the price. Is it as polished as DLSS FG? No, but it's amazing for anyone who wants to add a few extra fps to your favorite single-player or cinematic games that do not support any kind of FG, as well as newer games that become unstable when you use internal frame generators. I've personally found it most useful in classic games that will glitch out and crash anytime you try to push the fps over 60 since many older games are engine-locked to 60fps. This is actually its best application in my opinion. If your game is locked at a certain frame rate and has no internal Nvidia/AMD FG, you can lock the game's fps at its designed limit through control panel, then us LS's adaptive FG to boost up to your desired framerate, and you can also set a specific target fps that LS will maintain for you (adaptive mode). This way you can maintain game stability while playing at buttery smooth high fps with very minimal loss in image quality/artifacts (as long as you're not using LS to create more fake frames than what the engine is putting out; I've found it can usually do 2x or 3x without any issues). It works because the game engine is creating it's max stable fps, and LS makes up the difference externally. Just make sure you have LS configured correctly and toggle on HDR support if you're using HDR. Some visual artifacts are slightly noticeable if you're really looking for them, but I only notice it on HUD or UI elements while the main image looks crystal clear with no noticeable artifacts. Full disclaimer: I only use LS on single-player, story-driven games where I prefer the smoothness over a lower frame rate. I have not used this to play first person shooters because generally my hardware is more than capable of producing incredible performance on new shooter games where the visuals are not too important. If you are struggling with performance on PVP games while already running the lowest in-game settings, then it is probably best for you to upgrade your hardware rather than depend on LS to fix your problems. I can only vouch for its application on single-player games where I want higher fps for smoothness. LS does add a slight amount of input lag, but it hasn't been a problem for me since I use it only on single-player games often with a controller. For anyone wondering: Can you use LS on top of a game's internal DLSS FG? Yes... but it's kind of strange, I'm sure someone knows why but I don't care enough to find out. I tried this on Resident Evil Requiem (2026) back when the game just came out and had serious performance/crashing issues when using Path-Tracing for certain Nvidia drivers. When toggling on LS with DLSS FG already on, LS would correctly increase the fps to the target fps set in the app's configuration, but it would also cause the game's internal fps and the DLSS FG to decrease by about 30%, resulting in even more fake frames which definitely became noticeable in terms of artifacts and image quality. This was one of those times where I truly realized how anti-consumer Nvidia was for locking MFG to the 50 Series cards lol. I digress, it works but I'd only use this as a last resort. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with this application, and would highly recommend it for anyone who prefers smoothness in games and is not brainwashed by all the influencers who dedicate their lives to making you feel bad for using a frame-generator.
