About

Travel to peaceful Retreats in changing seasons and weather. Build, decorate, and furnish at your own pace, and collect Keepsakes with softly narrated backstories. No grind. No pressure. Just nature, animals, and time to breathe.

Quiet places to exhale: seaside coves, inland meadows, and mountain hideaways across fall, winter, and summer—each with a different mood in the light and weather.
As lamps glow and corners gather comfort, you feel the room warm around you, the retreat growing cozier with every thoughtful touch.
What you love matters: the interests you choose color what appears and which quiet stories surface, so discoveries feel aligned with you.
Some Keepsakes carry softly narrated memories; together they settle into your Keepsakes collection—an album‑like place you can revisit whenever you need a reminder.
A calming acoustic score and natural soundscapes lift the mood and immerse you in the environment.

Choose a retreat and settle in as the time of day and weather drift softly around you.
Select up to three interests (from ten). They gently shape decorating and furnishing options and nudge later discoveries, including which Keepsakes you’ll uncover, without locking you in.
Decorate at your own pace. Place, rotate, and refine with lamps, chairs, plants, and more, shaping the mood indoors and out.
Fill your Cozy Heart. As the space truly warms, your Cozy Heart reaches full; when it does, travel bags arrive with new Keepsakes to unpack and arrange. It’s a reflection of coziness, not a pressure meter.
Revisit your Keepsakes collection to browse what you’ve found and hear gentle backstories again, whenever you like.
Return anytime to tidy, tweak, and enjoy the quiet of your retreats, or start a new one.
Listen to an acoustic soundtrack with over 20 tracks composed by Chris Haugen, crafted to slow the world around you.
Personalize every moment with the Cozy Tools: capture breathtaking screenshots in Photo Mode, control the weather, change the time of day, and switch between visual styles for a unique vibe.

Log Away is a game about coming back to yourself: simple moments, small comforts, the hush of rain on the window and a lamp glowing at dusk… No meters to chase. No timers. Just a retreat that waits for you, ready whenever you need to breathe.

Cute relaxing game about building a cabin. Definitely needs some more content as time goes on, but I really enjoyed my little bit of time with it. It was a nice getaway.
I really love this game! The atmosphere is beautiful and it feels charming and unique. It needs more options in color choices, more furniture, things, decorations, just about everything. What it has is really good but design and build options are limited as is. If you like designing homes and cozy spaces you will most likely enjoy this!
Log Away is a cozy building and decorating simulator developed by The-Mark Entertainment and published by Wired Productions together with The-Mark Entertainment. Rather than pushing players toward efficiency systems, survival mechanics, or demanding objectives, the game embraces a slower and more relaxing design philosophy built around creativity and personal expression. It creates an experience centered on peaceful spaces, quiet atmosphere, and the satisfaction that comes from designing a retreat entirely your own. Instead of overwhelming players with endless systems and progression requirements, Log Away succeeds by encouraging them to slow down and enjoy the process itself. At its core, the game revolves around constructing and customizing cabins across tranquil natural settings. Players travel through various scenic environments and gradually shape empty spaces into personalized homes surrounded by forests, coastlines, mountains, and open landscapes. Every location carries its own atmosphere, enhanced by weather systems, lighting changes, and shifting times of day that transform the mood naturally. The game creates the feeling of stepping away from busy routines and into environments designed entirely for comfort. Building mechanics prioritize accessibility rather than technical complexity. Constructing cabins and arranging furniture remains approachable even for players unfamiliar with building-focused games. Decorations, lighting, furniture pieces, and smaller details slowly transform basic structures into spaces that feel lived in and personal. The process never feels rushed because Log Away intentionally avoids creating pressure through timers or resource limitations. Players are given freedom to build according to preference rather than optimization. One of the strongest aspects of the experience comes from how personal progression feels. Early choices regarding interests subtly shape future discoveries and influence decorative opportunities available later. These decisions help cabins develop individual personality rather than becoming identical creations shared by every player. The customization systems reinforce the larger philosophy behind the game by encouraging self-expression instead of forcing progression into narrow directions. The Cozy Heart mechanic adds another layer to progression without introducing stress. Instead of tracking productivity or efficiency, the system reflects how welcoming and comfortable a player's retreat becomes over time. Thoughtful decoration and careful design contribute toward unlocking keepsakes and smaller narrative moments hidden throughout progression. These discoveries provide emotional warmth while encouraging players to invest additional care into their environments. The keepsake system gives Log Away an unexpectedly thoughtful layer beneath its decorating systems. Small stories and collected memories gradually emerge through progression, helping cabins feel more meaningful than simple building projects. Rather than existing solely as decoration simulators, retreats slowly become reflections of time spent creating and personal decisions made throughout progression. These quieter narrative elements strengthen emotional connection without distracting from the relaxed pacing. Visual presentation contributes heavily to the atmosphere. The environments emphasize natural beauty without relying on visual excess. Different seasons, lighting conditions, and weather changes help locations remain engaging while strengthening immersion. Cabins feel especially inviting during quieter evening settings where warm lighting interacts with carefully arranged interiors. The environmental design consistently supports the game's larger goal of creating spaces players genuinely want to spend time inside. Audio design becomes equally important in maintaining atmosphere. Gentle music and environmental sound effects reinforce the relaxing tone throughout progression. Rainfall, natural ambience, and softer instrumental tracks help create a calming rhythm that complements the slower pacing. The sound design rarely attempts to dominate attention. Instead, it quietly strengthens immersion while helping each environment feel peaceful and comfortable. Additional features such as weather adjustments, photography tools, and visual customization options further expand player freedom. Players can experiment with atmosphere and presentation while capturing favorite moments inside carefully designed retreats. These smaller systems support replay value naturally without forcing artificial progression structures into the experience. The game naturally carries limitations that come with its focused design philosophy. Players seeking extensive management systems, deeper simulation complexity, or larger-scale construction mechanics may occasionally find available options lighter than genre competitors. The absence of structured goals may also reduce long-term appeal for players who prefer constant progression targets. However, much of Log Away's identity comes specifically from avoiding those expectations rather than chasing them. What ultimately makes Log Away memorable is how confidently it commits to simplicity. The-Mark Entertainment delivers an experience built around relaxation without trying to become something louder or more demanding. Creativity exists without pressure. Progression exists without stress. The result becomes less about completing objectives and more about creating spaces that feel personal and comforting. For players who enjoy decorating games, peaceful sandbox experiences, and slower gameplay focused on creativity rather than challenge, Log Away offers a rewarding escape built around atmosphere and self-expression. It may not chase complexity, but its dedication to comfort and quiet creativity gives it an identity that feels refreshing within modern simulation games. Rating: 8/10

This game is such a vibeeee. It's so cute and cozy, it's the best game for after a long day of work. I feel so accomplished after completing my little cabin area and seeing how cute it came out. :) The only thing I will say I do hope for, is more item selections to choose from. Especially for the kitchen. Other than that, it's simply a wonderful game. <3
Wie kann man in der Heutigen zeit ein Spiel so machen, dass man die WASD-Tasten nicht verändern kann? Saugeiles Game, aber für mich damit unspielbar, da ich wie sicher viele andere mit den Curser-Tasten spiele. Schade
Extremely limited. Do not recommend unless it gets more content.
