Living Dead House

A fun arcade experience with afully themed concept. Delivers a ”one more run" itch that must be scratched. The small team has proven across two games that they know what makes a game enjoyable. This house of horrors is very much worth it's small price of admission.

Classic and effective gameplay, Living Dead House is a great arcade game! The co-op mode is excellent. As you play more, you learn to split tasks efficiently (and try not to accidentally blast your teammate with a shotgun). The presence of a leaderboard is perfect for an arcade game.

My son and I bought this game on the Nintendo Switch. We bought the steam version as well because my son wants to clear the achievements. We love the game, so far we beat easy and normal mode in 2 player. Our next challenge is to beat hard mode in 2 player. We also like to see who can get the highest score, as a competition and bragging rights. The price is perfect to pickup and buy, and the game is a great couch co-op game. We both would highly recommend this game.

It is one of the most fun single screen arcade games I have played and well worth your time, played a bunch offline so ignore the low playtime

Really addictive arcade game! The music gets a little grating though, but besides that, it is just about perfect.

A really addictive game that is challenging and fun. Keeps me coming back to try to get a better run each time. Simple mechanics, easy to play, and has fun tunes. Would recommend giving it a try, even if it's not normally your kind of thing.

Bringing back that old arcade goodness! As modern games continue to get more and more complicated, demanding more of my time, I find myself pining for the simpler times of pure gameplay fun that only the local arcades could deliver. This game scratches that itch and then eats its brains. It feels inspired by some of my favorite single-screen arcade classics like Bubble Bobble, Snow Bros, Tumblepop, Burgertime, and Pac-Man. Simple to pick up and a ton of fun to master. But here I don’t need to throw in another quarter every time I game over. The only thing I feel remiss about is that I wish there were more stages. The game already has some great bones and I could imagine the dev being able to explore more in level design, powerups, enemies etc. But I do feel that the modest price reflects its size and, more importantly, the gameplay is very polished and feels great. Despite having played the game for hours and finishing it at least once, I’m still having a lot of fun with it and I keep finding myself drawn back. Despite not having any modern RPG game trappings, I can feel myself getting better at the game the more I play it, which I find very satisfying. I’m not normally the type of person who engages with high scores, but I’m starting to understand the draw of beating a friend’s score just like back in the old arcade days. Highly recommend! I hope to see more arcade classic style games like this one coming from the indie dev scene.

Played like 15 mins so far but I enjoyed it so much wanted to leave a review, unless something drastically changes. This is super fun and reminds me of playing old consoles games and chilling lol. Definetly pick it up if you can, wishlisted the devs other game gonna grab it. Im high af and this ♥♥♥♥ had me laughing when the zombie drops a stick of dynamite.

Graphics and sound are great, Starting to figure it out. Not sure what I am doing. If an update is in the pipeline I would like to see gameplay with instructions. Game freezes if left unattended on splash screen for more than a few minutes,
