VALE A PENA JOGAR \[T]/
I love srpgs, if you like things like FFT, Tactics ogre, Fire emblem, etc. then keep looking because this one is garbage and boring. Closer to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ puzzle game than a RPG
ゲームテンポ・バランス共にが悪い。 世界観などは悪くないのだが、継続してプレイしようという気になれない。 途中から敵が猛烈に強い。
Story mode was fun. Adventure mode was really fun.

Jogo aprovado!
6.5/10 TBS in fantasy setting TLDR: The fairly simple gameplay and several game modes are nice. Though the UI/controls seem to be optimized for a Steam controller and play poorly with a keyboard/mouse Good: + the battle system is pretty well balanced, with 7 fantasy unit types + aside from the story (which has 24 pre-designed missions), there is a skirmish mode, a puzzle-like mode, a level editor, and an adventure mode (where you "grow territory" by winning battles and buy upgrades/new characters for the party) + some of the graphics (the tavern and the world map) look nice + fantasy music is pleasant + online multiplayer (though, as usual with indie games, no one online) + quiz-like question in the tutorial which check if you've understood the basic concepts are a nice touch, as well as the context of a dad teaching two teenage boys So-so: +/- forgettable fantasy story +/- graphics of the characters are passable though there isn't much variety of portraits. Their eyes look asymmetrical. +/- characters are stuck in the "walking" animation even during the deployment phase (bug?) +/- UI elements are a mix of crisp fonts and pixelated elements, this looks shabby +/- characters can walk through each other, even through enemies. This made combat feel less tactical to me Bad: - the UI is poorly designed and requires way too many clicks to do anything - annoying confirmation dialogs for usage of abilities - no way to quickly see the number of HPs your units have: you have to right-click on them to get their stat panel slide in from the right - no way to see which abilities enemies have - all panels are just way too large, and not enough info is present on the screen at any given time - the battlefield is shown at a small scale and can't be zoomed in. Tiny tiles are hard to click precisely. Often they are blocked by elevated terrain or characters. The game lets you rotate the board 90 degrees left/right, and you end up rotating it way too often, for no good reason except these visual overlaps and frequent uncertainly over which tile the cursor is at the moment - sluggish controls because of unnecessary delays and animations where stuff should happen instantly. Rotating the whole board to show every animation at a big scale simply wastes time - no mouse-over tooltips. So, to see what an ability does you have to select it first. This clumsy design comes from the focus of the dev on controls with a Stream controller and even the keyboard. I'm pretty sure <10% of players ever play TBS games using a controller, so the dev's priorities were misguided IMO. - no icons for the abilities, just names

[th]I'm a Steam curator, you can follow me[/th]

simple and fun, nothing to complicated
Very fun game. Reminds me of Vandal Hearts.
