Reluctant recommendation. If you play for the story, it's fun, with great voice acting and humour. I'd recommend the game for that, despite some awful bugs. But getting 100% achievements is a slog. For one, the collectibles only unlock after finishing a level, which means you have to play each level at least twice. The story and levels don't change, so no replay value outside of the achievements. None of the (many!) cutscenes are skippable. Getting the orbs takes up so much more time than it should. No idea why the devs made those choices. It's inconsiderate of gamers' time.
Little Orpheus
–
i went through the the game expecting it to be mid after reading the comments, but it turned out great best fun i had in a while. i really don't understand the hate on the gameplay it was pretty solid and i had no issues. i had so much fun in fact that i platinumed it without even being bored for a single second. if you are wondering it os worth the money, YEAH IT IS! but i would probably get it on sale as it has pretty low prices and they happen often. The story is funny and refreshing in way, it kept me on my toes the whole game, and hats off to the general voice actor he nailed it.
instead of an annoying but at the 8th episode that u just have to relaunch the episode and say continue. this game is pretty good and funny if u like side scroller narrative games with a lovely sens of humor. i recommend this game for narrative and humor enjoyer.
Walking simulator with awful story and game breaking bug that hasn't been fixed since release
It was a fun experience. It was not difficult or any challenge whatsoever. But the story was good. What I didn't like was having to replay every episode again just to collect those orbs to hear more clips to the story. Also episode 8 is glitched like crazy. When you get into this glitch of constant dieing loop, quit out of the game and when you go back in click episode select and continue episode 8. Do not start over. So as you can see my playtime, it's about 8.5 hours for 100% achievements. I may have had some downtime in there in a pause screen tho, so it might be faster.
The game nicely surprised me with graphic and audio. It is walking simulator with little easy puzzles. When you finish an episode you can replay it for some collectibles which I have skipped. They should have made it in first run.
vale cada centavos, recomendo.
