Little Misfortune

The gameplay - what I saw of it - was fine, but the narrative and presentation are absolute cringe level of "we desperately want to be edgy and weird". She's in love with a cartoon fox! Isn't that WEIRD?! The narrator breaks the fourth wall and talks about a child dying! Isn't that EDGY?! And I do not understand why every indie developer needs to make their game about trauma and grief and abuse and how horrible their parents were. It's tiresome and lazy. The "humor" in the game is all random non-sequiturs rooted in this type of writing, like Misfortune saying "here is where my daddy beat my mommy" and "I pee in this pool" or randomly swearing. And the catchphrases ... like nails on a chalkboard and she repeats them constantly. I can just see the writer with dollar signs in her eyes, imagining everyone buying "Yikes Forever!" t-shirts.

Es un juego muy interesante, la historia es un poco turbia pero triste a pesar de tener personajes y una estética adorable visualmente. Lo recomiendo mucho.

really fun honestly, had a blast playing it. It's definitely a dark humor game, so expect that when you play it lol

A walking simulator; but a good one. The overall narrative is engaging and has some pretty funny bits even if the overall story is very dark. Does this contain Ducks? - ? Eh... maybe
