Игра кривая-косая, с очень глупыми анимациями (например, у персонажа и многих NPC просто нет idle стойки и они всегда словно идут), с адской духотой из-за того что разработчиков метало между дьябло-like и классическими crpg, с недостатком музыки (её повторяющиеся отрывки вас заколебают равно также как и будет раздражать отсутствие всякой музыки), с явно делавшейся впопыхах второй половине игры (наполнение квестами, персонажами и диалогами сводится к минимуму, тогда как бесконечные мобы в каждом углу становятся обыденностью). Но у этой игры есть свой шарм, атмосфера и уникальный лор. Если вы застали игры конца 90-ых, начала 00-ых и тепло относитесь к RPG старой школы - попробовать стоит. Во всех остальных случаях не стоит. Даже трогая её очень длинной палки аки какашку.

I bought this when it came it and doubt that I will replay it.

The game is alright when you're in Barcelona, but once you head off to France the game becomes a slog. Gameplay will consist of you going through level-scaled dungeons with tons of enemies. The longest part of clearing out a location is waiting for either your health or mana to regenerate so you can continue fighting. You're going to see a lot of the same character models reused over and over again along with a repetitive battle track. Combined with lack of good equipment drops and you're going to feel underpowered and underleveled for almost the whole game. Exploration essentially comes to a halt after act one. The game becomes more of an ARPG, dungeon crawler with little dialogue. If you want a game where you're gonna explore and talk to the characters to flesh out the world and learn the lore, this ain't it. The story is alright, but doesn't carry the gameplay. Once you finish act two, it really just throws you into new locations with little explanation for why these locations are important. The story beats felt very forced. Music is bad to meh. The battle tracks seem to play just fine, but anytime I was in a town area there was either no background music or it would randomly cut off until I moved to another area where it would abruptly start back up. If you really want to experience the story without having to trudge through the gameplay, extract the data.dat file in the game's folder, throw all the contents into a new normal folder named "data", then look for the pre-existing character .txt files in the Resources folder. You can edit their starting stats to make yourself invincible and one shot everything. No constant waiting for mana or health to regen or reloading over and over to get a decent drop out of a chest. Get it on sale if you really want to play Black Isle's last game. Twenty dollars isn't worth it, though.

Zahrávanie sa so silami prírody a temný background viedol k celej plejáde filmov a aj obdobiu MS hier, lenže kultúra je zrastená s európskou civilizáciou, technikou a aj hodnotami, a hoci je téma vďačná na kultúrne vyžitie, podlieha nielen trendom ale aj ťažisku nevďačnej doby a presile režisérov v nešťastí a k tomu ako prídavok nedokončená výnimočná hra ktorá možno ohromí aj turistu v diaľavách a neprebádaných vnútrach samého, tak to už nielen v korporátoch chodí a Prepadnutie vo väznici nachyľuje aj k spoločným sprchám v žánre keď sa mstí režisér alebo skrachované štúdio plné výnimočných ľudí, ktorí ale k tomu museli akosi sami prispieť...

Gra dzieciństwa, za każdym razem tak samo dobra jak na początku :)

So this game may have mixed reviews, a very old school game action RPG game. So before getting introcuded to games like Warcraft , Dota ,etc. This is a great game in its own way, has like combination of characters, story revolving around crusades. A bit challenging to clear without the Quick save and load combo to get better items from Chests. Even for the time had to give importance to various attributes, even Intelligence or charm would affect a particular place in the story line. A pretty Dark Themed game. Can choose factions like Kinghts, Wizards, etc. A well packaged product pretty ahead in terms of choices, attributes even elemental options. May be a bit slow and pretty tough to clear if a wrong character build or attributes is selected, but that is also where the fun lies, you can mix and match try things and complete the game.

Не смотря на то что игра старая, для своего времени обладает хорошей и красивой рисовкой, интересным и вариативным сюжетом, ну и конечно же хорошей рпг составляющей. Сколько я просидел за составлением персонажей которыми будет комфортно ее проходить, не сосчитать. Для всех кто любит сложные прохождения...., играйте магом. Еще сложнее? Некромантом. Управление петами никакое, так что вместо петов отгребать будете именно вы. А жаль, у некроманта хорошая и интересная квестовая ветка и множество предметов для его прокачки...
