A great little adventure game, fun exploring and solving clues.
Fascinating trek into what constitutes life and consciousness. It's shorter than its predecessor Lifeless Planet, but I liked that there was a few puzzles that I had to stop and consider before solving. Nothing too difficult, but a little bit more than a walking simulator which had been what most of the predecessor was. I wouldn't have minded a little bit more to explore in each areas to get to know each character better, but overall, it lived up to my expectations. Also, I must say that the soundtrack in this one is stellar.
Enjoyed the beautiful art and surreal worlds
I quite liked this one, even more so than the first game. This time around the story is tighter, the maps more linear. While the platforming is much the same as the first game, there is a-lot less of it. While pretty old school graphics wise it still manages to display some visually striking scenes. I got this together in a bundle with the devs first game lifeless planet, and i enjoyed them both, but i would wait for a sale, they are a tad overpriced IMHO. Ran fine, no crashes.
Lifeless Moon

Positives:
+ Good idea + The storytelling + The philosophy and deeper meaning + Good voiceacting + Very atmospheric and quite mysterious + Nice retro looking graphics + Good sounds + Fantastic music + You can zoom in and out whenever you like (mouse scroll wheel) + Nicely made places to explore (some are even gorgeous looking) + A few puzzles + Nice platforming + Achievements and little secrets + A cat (always a plus) + Divided into chapters and parts (for easy replayability) + Ok length (about 4 hours)
Negatives:
- Not a lot of adjustments can be made in the options menu - First person scenes are fixed (no free roam) - Some small bugs and glitches - Some unnecessary low resolution textures - Dips a bit in the end (but not by much) - Can feel a little too absurd and weird at times - Some parts could be more polished - The running speed should have been a little faster
Conclusion:
Wow, this was a really cool sequel. If you liked Lifeless Planet, this will not disappoint you. In fact, I think its better than the first one. And the nice retro indie vibe is still there. All we can hope for now is that David Board makes the third and final installment of the series. My fingers are crossed!
Total Score: 7.5/10
Dessa vez comprei, joguei e me decepcionei.
