Lies of P is a thrilling soulslike that takes the story of Pinocchio, turns it on its head, and sets it against the darkly elegant backdrop of the Belle Epoque era.

Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

REMOVE GREEN SWAMP MONSTER FROM THE GAME
It's funny how I've become hypocritical in my thinking of open-world vs. linear games. I used to defend the heck out of a linear title that I liked, when people criticized it. They'd say things like, "It's too simple and follows an obvious path. That's not fun!" I'd quip back, saying, "It's about the story! Embrace the game for what it is and appreciate it for that." Sure, I've played many, many open world games and I see them for what they are, too. They can be very fun, but also overwhelming for the amount of content. For too long though, a new title couldn't be developed unless they followed the open-world concept... and a lot of games suffered because they focused too much on the open world, and not enough on the substance of the game itself. So, I became a bit jaded toward open world games. Then, I played Elden Ring. It was my first foray into the world of souls-likes. I was addicted to it almost immediately. But, I'm just not that "gud" at it. So, I appreciated the fact that I could roam off anywhere, tackling the monsters and areas I could handle -- level up a bit, and get things figured out -- before progressing through the game's main bosses and story line. I absolutely loved that game, and the souls-like concept... so I thought. After finally beating Elden Ring, and with my newfound love for souls-likes, I went out and picked up Dark Souls III. I dropped it after about 10 hours. Too linear. Wait what the f- did you say... TOO LINEAR?! Unfortunately, yeah. The souls-like mechanic, mixed with a linear path didn't work the same for me. I needed to "git gud," and the only way to do that was to rinse and repeat through the same small area between bonfires to try to level up, get the fighting mechanics down, and get souls. Then, keep trying to beat that same boss that handed me my arse. You lose? You get to redo that small area and try to beat the boss again... and again... and again. I get that that's the draw for these games for so many people: The thrill of FINALLY beating that damn boss! But, the repetition just isn't fun for me. Elden Ring let me walk away from that, and go off somewhere else to do other stuff. And ultimately, I got better and got to get that "I finally beat that damn boss" feeling, too. OK, enough other souls-like games talk. This is about Lies of P! Well, I had to build that narrative to give my reasoning for my dislike of it. It's too linear... like Dark Souls III. It checks all of the boxes for the things I call out above. To beat the first boss, I had to go back through the first area 4 separate times, 'til I was leveled up enough and had enough gear to go toe-to-toe with it. Was I thrilled to beat it? Hell yeah I was! But, I was rewarded with another area that I'll have to go through -- more than likely repeating several times -- to be on par with the next boss. And, yep... that's exactly what happened. Not. Griping. Whatsoever. That mechanic is just not my cup of tea. (I'm not a fan of rogue-like/lites either, for this same reason.) It's a very well-made game. The visuals are beautiful. The fighting mechanics are well implemented. The voice acting is very well done. But at its core it's a linear, souls-like, boss chaser. I wish Steam used a "I liked it," or "I didn't like it" platform because I really shouldn't "Not recommend" this. It's just not for me.

Absurdo. 11/10 jogue lies of peak

It’s one of the best Soulslikes I’ve played in a long time; it strikes a great balance between gameplay and story, and features that signature Souls-style difficulty without ever feeling unfair. If you ever get the chance to try it, I highly recommend doing so—and I’d recommend checking out the DLC as well.
