Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I have several issues with this game, but I’ll start with the positives. Pro: - atmosphere of the lovcraftian world is amazingly put together. From whispers as you traverse the levels to screams and weird dream like characters, it really hits that lovcraftian vibes. Honestly that’s kinda it imo. Cons: - you are severely punished for your weapons in the game, let me explain. While there are different weapons in the game, you can only ever carry one of them, and if you decide to drop the one you are using to pick up another, bye bye to the one you had as it disappears, which leads into the next issue. - upgraded weapons, it switched out, are gone and those upgrades do not transfer over to the new carried weapon, even if they are the same weapon. For example, I had a level 6 greatswords, traded it for another greatsword I found by accident, and the original dissapeard, which dropped by damage from doing 72 a swing to 50. - there are no other stats to level up other than strength, so there’s no build variety outside of how the weapon you choose feels to use. This also applies to things like there being no rings/charms like in other soullikes, or even no spells or something similar. Like…how do you not have lovcraftian inspired spells??? That would be so cool to see. - I forgot to mention that as far as the two hours I have played, I haven’t seen any lovcraftian inspired weapons either, which again big disappointment - Performance is pretty bad imo. There’s no options to change display settings aside from things like fps limit and vsync and resolution. But on steam deck, I’m getting somewhere between 30-50 fps, with a lock on 30 fps being the best option. The art style and/or the look of the game and how simplistic it is does not justify this low of performance imo. The dev has acknowledged this so hopefully it improves. Overall, I’m disappointed. I was hoping for more unique take with the whole love craft inspired soulslike game. But what I got was a game that has cool love craft art and atmosphere, but a pretty bland soulslike experience. I don’t mean to be harsh, but there are other soulslike indie games that have recently come out and do a better job of being a soulslike game in terms of uniqueness, like tombwater.

It's pretty basic, janky and not much I can say on a technical level but it's been pretty fun. Kind of feels like a fever dream of a 90's PC game nobody ever heard about. Fun indie game as long as you take it for what it is.
This game is insane. If you love jank and soulslikes, get this game.
Interesting concept, good dodge and parry mechanics. There are some issues when playing with a keyboard and mouse when accessing the menus, and for some reason it indicates it's a VR game upon launch
this is insane. and i kinda like. tons of jank, tons of creativity, tons of fun
The atmosphere is great, quirky NPCs, decent fighting mechanics. You get to become best bros with cthulu if you'd like (in one of the endings), what more can you ask for. Some jank: upgrading weapons had weird behavior. But for an indie game (or even a souls game...) it wasn't too buggy. I only attacked off a ledge a few times fighting the controls. Would recommend if you're looking for an indie souls-like with weird vibes.
Cool Game
a great game. i think when some bugs are ironed out, its easily a 4/5 type of game. the graphics are just incredible, and its not obnoxiously hard like many in this genre tend to be, its just a lot of fun to explore and encounter enemies. some reviews have mentioned the way weapons work, and i would have to agree with them, i dont like very much that when you pick up a new weapon it just completely replaces the one you have, and you cant go back to the one you had, and you lose all your weapon upgrades. maybe the idea is that by doing this, it balances out the game being relatively easy, but i noticed that when entering newgame+, you keep all of your weapon upgrades, so why not let the player keep them when they pick up a new weapon? since you can find the same weapon again in a chest later, it would make this system so much less punishing. or, at the very least, maybe allowing the player to alt f4 when picking up a new weapon but deciding they dont want it, or they did it by accident. its kind of crazy you can just ruin your save file by hitting accept on a chest you open. BUT, i still think this game is great. for the type of game it is i think the price is a bit high, but if you like souls likes and are mesmerized by the graphics you see in the trailer/screenshots, it is a pretty good time. i will definetely return to this game after a few patches come out. thank you david disco for a timeless classic
This game is a masterpiece that every true Soulsborne player can enjoy. Miyazaki would be proud!
