About
Welcome to the Kharnym Isle Post Office!
We are delighted to inform you that you’ve been accepted as our newest postal employee.
Effective immediately you’ll be stationed in the bustling downtown Wistvale Post Office, surrounded by the island’s friendly residents. You’ll find the work is so rewarding you’ll never want to leave, and more importantly, you won’t have to.
Your duties include:
Stamping & Processing Mail
Weigh packages with care. Stamp all parcels and letters to match their destination on the island, ensuring every resident receives exactly what was meant for them. Once processed, send the mail on its way and watch the system hum with efficiency.

Greet Patrons with a Smile
Speak with the residents, handle their mail with care, and respond politely no matter how unusual their needs may be. Remember, the customer is always right!

Confidentiality is our Priority
Respect the residents privacy. It’s critical to deliver the mail to its proper location without opening… but sometimes the letters themselves point the way forward.

Restricted Area
There’s a world beyond the doors of the post office, but stepping outside isn’t part of the schedule. At no point should you ever try to leave. And why would you? The schedule doesn’t say anything about leaving, everything you need is right here.
Instead, stay safe and secure within the confines of your mandatory (and free!) room and board.

Key Features:
Employee of the Month is nearly guaranteed as the only employee of the post office! It may seem like a lot of work but we have faith you’ll be able to run this operation single handedly.
Stay for free! Don’t worry about a pesky commute, we provide mandatory room and board so you can roll out of bed and start your day right away!
Compensation will be provided daily. You can spend your hard earned money to upgrade your work space and make it your own!
Access is limited. Your safety is important to us. Outside of Kharnym’s locals, nothing is allowed in and more importantly nothing is allowed out. This is for your security.
Perks are part of the job! Small delights make long days worthwhile. Sip coffee and enjoy other comforts found around the office - but remember the work comes first.
Essential skills will be rewarded. There is more to the post office than stamping letters. Here you’ll be able to sharpen your multitasking and problem-solving skills. All in a day's work!
Expect to be contacted by your supervisor Liv very shortly, and welcome to your new home!

Very much enjoying playing Letter Lost. The riddles, the puzzles, the creepy/spookiness. Not too overwhelming horror...big thumbs up!! I have experienced few minor glitches...but nothing game breaking, and the Devs are consistently fixing the issues.
Neither rain nor snow nor gloom of night will stop me from playing one more round of the coziest, creepiest, most tantalizing little puzzlebox this side of Kharnym Isle! So far, I've listened to Shakespeare on the radio, played shipping pallet Tetris, drank coffee until my heart gave out, lost a hand to an enthusiastic shredder, and arranged a date for a spooky little mermaid with femme Dean Winchester, and I can't wait to do it all again next week! If you like escape room games, you'll LOVE this one! Perfect 5/7 game!
Puzzles? Eerie? Good gameplay Loop? Yes
I love this game, but... The concept and execution of this game are excellent. There is so much going on - some linear, some not, some clear, some hidden, some routine and some definitely not. The feel and the humour are excellent. The puzzles are mainly engaging (but see below). I've completed it now, but I will definitely have another run through in a couple of months as there are so many paths to pursue. The 'but' is twofold for me. Firstly, as many people have said, the game is full of bugs. I suspect that this is partly due to the ambition of the storyline, with so many triggers for events that the system cannot keep track of everything accurately. The problem is that it's unclear whether things are bugs or just eldritch weirdness of the setting. Things disappear randomly and then reappear oddly. You end up having incongruent conversations that don't make sense from what has gone before (even within the same time loop). Secondly, the 'cosy' elements of the game - the postal stuff - are underplayed. The add-on equipment is far too expensive for the payback and so this whole element of the game is largely redundant and underpowered. Maybe that's fine, especially as it's mainly a horror mystery, but feels like a distraction or a missed opportunity.
Very unique and fun, both me and my brother have played! Love how creepy it is
