About
Welcome to the Kharnym Isle Post Office!
We are delighted to inform you that you’ve been accepted as our newest postal employee.
Effective immediately you’ll be stationed in the bustling downtown Wistvale Post Office, surrounded by the island’s friendly residents. You’ll find the work is so rewarding you’ll never want to leave, and more importantly, you won’t have to.
Your duties include:
Stamping & Processing Mail
Weigh packages with care. Stamp all parcels and letters to match their destination on the island, ensuring every resident receives exactly what was meant for them. Once processed, send the mail on its way and watch the system hum with efficiency.

Greet Patrons with a Smile
Speak with the residents, handle their mail with care, and respond politely no matter how unusual their needs may be. Remember, the customer is always right!

Confidentiality is our Priority
Respect the residents privacy. It’s critical to deliver the mail to its proper location without opening… but sometimes the letters themselves point the way forward.

Restricted Area
There’s a world beyond the doors of the post office, but stepping outside isn’t part of the schedule. At no point should you ever try to leave. And why would you? The schedule doesn’t say anything about leaving, everything you need is right here.
Instead, stay safe and secure within the confines of your mandatory (and free!) room and board.

Key Features:
Employee of the Month is nearly guaranteed as the only employee of the post office! It may seem like a lot of work but we have faith you’ll be able to run this operation single handedly.
Stay for free! Don’t worry about a pesky commute, we provide mandatory room and board so you can roll out of bed and start your day right away!
Compensation will be provided daily. You can spend your hard earned money to upgrade your work space and make it your own!
Access is limited. Your safety is important to us. Outside of Kharnym’s locals, nothing is allowed in and more importantly nothing is allowed out. This is for your security.
Perks are part of the job! Small delights make long days worthwhile. Sip coffee and enjoy other comforts found around the office - but remember the work comes first.
Essential skills will be rewarded. There is more to the post office than stamping letters. Here you’ll be able to sharpen your multitasking and problem-solving skills. All in a day's work!
Expect to be contacted by your supervisor Liv very shortly, and welcome to your new home!

This game is absolutely incredible, I NEED to know more - the art style is fun and my brain is super happy doing all the lil post tasks.
This is certainly a labor of love by a small dev team and I'm enjoying the intrigue! The puzzles aren't too difficult, while still posing a challenge (I haven't solved, much less found, them all yet)! It's creepy yet cozy; I'm truly hooked
A fantastic game full of so many fun puzzles and lore. Every time you've think you're done or that you've discovered everything, there's so much more. The puzzles are fun and will make you scratch your head but won't leave you frustrated. There's so many different paths for almost every storyline that you end up replaying just to discover every pathway you can. The game definitely has its bugs but the devs have been pumping out constant updates and if you have any problems or get stuck, the team is quick to respond and help get things fixed and/or figured out.
Who knew sorting mail and solving puzzles in a creepy post office in the middle of...somewhere would be my latest fixation? The game play loop is satisfying and the lore is intriguing. Highly recommend for its mix of spooky/horror/Welcome to Nightvale vibes, mundane tasks and engaging puzzles.
I've logged probably too many hours on this game, and with good reason! The world is delightfully spooky and strange, the puzzles are challenging without being frustrating, the characters are interesting, the art is gorgeous, and the mystery itself is well-written and engaging. Sorting letters also scratches a particular itch in my brain. If you have that itch and enjoy atmospheric horror, mysteries, puzzles, and existential dread, Letter Lost is for you. There are multiple endings to all the main story beats and I've started over with a new save multiple times just to see what other outcomes I can unlock. Letter Lost is a game that not only allows the player to get real weird with it, but actively encourages them to do so. If you want to toe the line and be the best little postal worker Kharnym has ever seen, you can do that. You can also be an absolute goblin and spend your days throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks, and because you're stuck in a time-loop, you can do both! "But the bugs!" Yes, Letter Lost is still in development to a degree, and there have been some kinks to work out. I don't often write game reviews, but what pushed me over the edge to write this one is how fantastic the development team has been and continues to be. They're responsive and receptive to feedback, and every update they've pushed out since I started playing has made the game better. I feel confident that Letter Lost and its players are in good hands, and it's a genuine pleasure to be part of the little community they've created.
I really wanted to like this game. I'm a huge fan of games where you're just doing a job, and I love weird psychological elements. The aesthetic and feel of the game is great, too. This game is just poorly executed. There are a bunch of game-breaking and QOL bugs, but that's surprisingly not my biggest problem with it. The major problem I have is that it feels lazy. You "reset" every week, but nothing actually resets except for NPCs acting like they don't know who you are, so if they were trying to go for a roguelike or -lite game they failed. You have unique rules each day (ex RTSing all the mail for a region) but they get pretty repetitive and feel pointless and bloaty. There doesn't really feel like there's much of a plot. One of the puzzles doesn't even do anything when you complete it (could be a bug but idk). The goal of the game is clearly to escape the post office, but you can go several weeks without receiving any new information or furthering the plot at all. It feels like a half-finished early access game despite being a full release. It looks like this is the dev's first game, and I'm very supportive of indie developers, but this just isn't very good. I'm also a bit irritated with the vibe of the game in general. The major points of inspiration for the game are clearly HP Lovecraft's work and the podcast Welcome to Night Vale. One of the regions is called Wistvale, and the emblem is a giant eye. The radio broadcasts are clearly attempting to mimic Night Vale's coverage of bizarre events, and much of the dialogue is poorly written. It's ok to draw inspiration from other works, but it shouldn't be as blatantly obvious as it is in this game. It all feels like "Ooh, isn't all of this so WeEiIRrDD??? Everything is WEEIIRRDD!" without having an actual purpose. Overall it's a ham-fisted attempt at both whimsy and horror. It feels like the devs got lost in their own sauce and forgot what they were doing. almost 5 hours in I literally said out loud "What's the point? What am I even doing?" and exited game. Overall the game has a lot of potential, but it needs A LOT of work before I would even consider it to be worth the 20 bucks I paid for it. Fix the bugs and tighten up your plot. This should have been an EA release. AAA games get flamed for full-releasing a half-finished game; indie studios cannot afford to make that misstep.
Although this game still has some issues, the core gameplay loop and puzzle-solving are extremely satisfying. I've also loved the overall tone of the setting and story, as it manages to be both eerie and cozy in equal measure. The setting and humor will probably appeal to any fans of Welcome to Night Vale or the Strange Horticulture/Strange Antiquities series. Overall, this is an imperfect but charming game.
A little bit of cozy plus addicting job sim plus horror (no jump scare) I love it 10/10
What a beautiful game :) very good atmosphere. Really enjoying it!
The post office bits are great, but repetitive and grindy after a while. The escape room parts are perhaps clever, but too obscure and frustrating to feel natural and enjoyable. There are 2 different games here, and there is a massive disconnect between them. I did have a lot of fun at first, but after a while I realized where this was going. I wasn't having fun anymore, and the motivation to make progress was gone. Great concept, but needs a massive overhaul.
