Let's Sing 2016

Listen, I ignored the comments that said that you wouldn't be able to calibrate the game, but spoiler alert: DO NOT IGNORE THE REVIEWS SAYING YOU CAN'T CALIBRATE THE GAME. My mic picks up the signing about a good half count after the lyrics have passed. It's no bueno.

It's going somewhere.. I miss the option for a bigger catalogue, but I'm guessing a DLC is already on its way. I just hope we are able to choose songs we want. Some kind of a store. I would also like to be able to turn up the volume on the mic, in the game. But think Singstar. It's going there.

There is a delay on your voice making this game unplayable. There is also no microphone input volume controls so have fun eating your mic.

- No mouse controls. - Game music is low, so when I turn it to a decent level for the game, and I forget and do anything else I have to scramble to turn things down. - You practically have to be right up next to your mic to be picked up at all, and there is no way to turn up the mic sensitivity. - Duplicate song if you have the original Let's Sing. - Not the best selection if you aren't from the UK. - Can't play the extra modes until you do well enough on a song, which is difficult because you have to me so close to the mic in the first place. It can be a bit of fun, but don't pay full price for it. Even if you sing all the songs it's a pretty short game.

This is reminiscent of a place in K-town NYC where the karaoke prgram rates your singing. The difference is, if you score above 90% at the karaoke bar, you get a free drink. The videos are the original music videos. With that said, this is a neat little program. Unfortunately, the songs are very limited. I only know 5 of the 35 songs and can only sing 3 of them. At the discounted price, it is not a bad deal. If there were DLCs to download, like Rocksmith, this would be a definite buy. But if you don't like more than 5 songs on here, pass or wait for a sale.

At a first glance, this karaoke type game isn't so bad. The menu navigation, and visuals are really bright and vibrant. Plus the songs even include the official video and option to show lyrics. With over 30+ different songs, ranging from many types of genres (notably pop), and the different game modes, you're sure to spend some time singing. However, there is no help, no guide, nor review that can help all us poor players with calibrating the mic properly ... And this is the main downfall for Let's Sing 2016. No matter how many times I try to adjust my microphone, the game doesn't count towards your vocal tones but rather how loud you are singing. I swear it feels like I'm screaming moreso than actual singing just to hit the bars right. Even then, sometimes I still get an 'Oops' score even when I hit most of the bars. That has to be some sort of bug, as players are never going to get a perfect score at this rate. Console games like these really need better transfer implementation from the Wii over to PC, otherwise it becomes damn near unplayable. And with the devs no longer actively updating this game, it gets a thumbs down from me.

The game has 35 tracks, which is alright in general and you can even play against others in local multiplayer, if you own multiple mic devices (or just have one device for one gamemode). That's all the positive aspects for this game. First of all, the game has no mouse support and you can only navigate with the keyboard in the menu, which is weird but I can get use to it. If you have multiple mic devices connected to your PC, than good luck finding the proper device and choosing it in game. If you want to calibrate your device, you can forget about it. When I sing, the game sometimes doesn't get my voice and often ignores it. The game promotes 7 game modes, but to be honest 2 of them is not really mention able because how similar they are. You are locked to the 35 tracks, so after some time you will get bored by them. If you want to play a karaoke game, avoid this one. I'm sure you can find something better and more varied than this thing. I don't recommend getting this at all.

Very funny game, havnt played this since i was a little girl, when i played it I laughed my butt off, beacuse u can hear in the background how u sound when u sing, and I was really bad. Theres really not alot of bad things to say about this game except that u have to sing loud if u use headset, i would recement that u use microphone. But over all is this a pretty good game.
