Genuinely one of my favorite LEGO games of all time! Would highly recommend. It has amazing open world content while maintaining the classic LEGO puzzle solving charm.

Avengers assemble This is no.1 for me. story is same as the 3 movies combined so it was goated, rushed but obviously everyone have watched. love how they added silly humor to the cutscene, gameplay was fun, balanced of both levels and cutscene. combat was superfun too, character didnt do random finisher like in marvel superhero. the tag team combo and finishers were nice. The map is lego but it didnt felt all lego. visually nice to look. soundtrack is goated. what i liked the most about this game was playing as avengers and reliving the scene plus scarlet witch was powerful fun to play. What i didnt enjoy was the use of the movie voiceline only cause it disturbed the in game audio a little. im cool with it for using the movie audio but it was not well optimized thats all. overall strong 4.5/5.

At first I really didn't like the game because of the amount of annoying stuff that got in my way. The hint system is annoying and actually hinders the gameplay at times. If you want to have more fun playing this game, disable it in settings after you've gotten a handle on how the game works. Next is the fact that you cannot switch characters on the fly in hub zones until after you've completed story. I know the game wants you to engage with the story, but geez, can I just switch a character and play free roam in between missions every now and then without having to find the vehicle station every time? Is that too much to ask? And last is the amount of annoying cutscenes or slow-motion action scenes in the middle of levels. It feels like driving in slow traffic with a horrible song playing on every radio station. The game does look more polished than LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and I think the hub zones have improved, but I think the roster is even more bloated than Super Heroes. The story is also not original and it's just grafted on from the MCU movies (not including DLC of course; DLC packs contain original stories). There were some promising improvements, but the nail in the coffin for me is the DLC. I do not want DLC in my LEGO games; please stop putting DLC in LEGO games!
