honestly its lego marvel superheroes 1 but instead of an original story it plays through the movies up until age of ultron. great character list and multiple open world maps

I'm currently attempting to 100% all the LEGO games on steam. This one is pretty alright. I miss having a world map, but the explorable areas are small enough to where just the detector red bricks are enough. The game's story covers the Avengers and Age of Ultron movies well as far as I can tell. I must say though, the DLC felt quite lacking in this game. The bonus levels from beating the story were better than the DLC levels.

Its a fun game, I recommend the deluxe edition, gives u some free mods and a lot of free characters early on, till 9th of July its 5,99 euros, same like the game itself during this discount.

Every time Captain America does that stupid finisher where it takes 10 seconds to kill one guy with an elaborate shield throw into a judo throw, that just makes me want to punch something. The LEGO games' quality almost completely boils down to how much of your time they waste, in most cases. This game wastes so much of your time. Also, it does that thing kids' media sometimes does where a character is saying something sternly but the animators give them a smile to, idk, make the kids happier? Hate that. I bought it for Kamala Khan and had to suffer through Captain America gameplay. Stop making me do finisher attacks and punishing me with having to hit the guy 8 more times just because I don't want to waste my time watch some BS every time. Ugghghgdoghjertioghnertn

Genuinely one of my favorite LEGO games of all time! Would highly recommend. It has amazing open world content while maintaining the classic LEGO puzzle solving charm.
