PLAY THIS GAME WITH VSYNC ON Personally this game was not for me I would give this a solid 5/10, in fact I do not like this game but I do recommend it to any lego/batman fan. ESPECIALLY when its not on sale I would not pay for this game at full price. TLDR: better or maybe equal to the first game but the deffo not as good as the 2nd. (I have only played the main story and tbh dont really wanna get 100% this time round) IK IK "iTs A kIdS gAMe" but that don't mean that media for a younger audience cant also be evalutated/criticised yadda yadda. NEGATIVES: the LEVELS, holy they are long, they aren't bad per say just overstay their welcome and kill a lot of the momentum of the game. the STORY is a lil lame this time round, nothing offensive but nothing noteworthy like even at all, as many people say its "not really a batman game". wasnt really a fan of how fast and quick it was, like the 2nd game had a short story too but it felt adaquate fr the amount of hours, however this game feels like its stripped of nearly any plot just to fit a collectathon ontop. the amount of resets i have had to make on levels just because of a softlock made me sad, also heed the warning at the top, there is a level that will crash. the ai has not improved in this game, if playing solo ur teamates will into a wall/void/etc, it dont happen all the time but it does happen. THE COMBAT OMG THE COMBAT, the combat sucks it lacks so much fluidity because it freezes the flow by over the top animations that last way to long that dont allow the player to do much other than wait for it to be honest and will more often then not will cause you to get hit idk the second game made leaps and bounds over the first in terms of open world exploration full 3d camera, and this one feels so linear in comparison and not like the first game where its linear but there is still a handful of choice but idk, the "hub world gimick" doesn't work out so well, I wont act like the second game had a 10/10 open world with an alive city but its leaps and bounds over these inbetween levels. POSITIVES: the suits in this game for the different gadgets in this version are so well done and the switch mechanic felt like a step in the right direction over the og stand on the platform. the bonus level was so cute and was such a good tie in, you could tell a lot of love and care was put in to it
One of my favorite LEGO games ever. I love the plot, levels are really good and characters roster is pretty stacked up. The infamous map seperated into different small planets is pretty bad and that's a fact, however there are some cool puzzles on them. Imo this game is heavily slept on. Defintely a must play if you're into LEGO games.

This is a great game but it has the awful rebirth suits but yeah the gameplay and story for its age. You can't even tell that its a decade old and this is what the kids used to play back in the 2000's life was good back then but yeah this game surely has a lot of flaws and the gameplay is cluttery by a mile by today's standards and if we compare it to other batman games we got doesn't stand a chance. But this is an amazing game much better than the previous 2 and improved a lot. It was truly exhausting that i had to do all of this homework to play the latest lego batman arkham like game but i like to to know the story and not be clueless. SO yeah this game aint for me none of them are at all and dont get me wrong i absolutely love this game the only problem is the gameplay. Its just way too jittery cluttery and outdated for me. Ik lego games are similar in gameplay and personally i hate lego games gameplay. Although loved everything else about this game. This game might be the only batman game that ever has paid respects to Adam West Batman. He deserves his flowers. Ill update this as soon as i play other DLC's. Obviously i wont touch the snyderverse inspired DLC's cause you already know ♥♥♥♥ ZACK SNYDER. So i played through 75th Anniversary and Bizzaro world and it was really good had a great time but i didnt play TDK Man Of Cuck (MOC) by Zack Cuck Snyder and Squad because it was based on the 2016 version which was AWFUL the 2021 movie was wayy better reboot and a masterpiece. That's 3 projects with such waste so i gotta lower the score But yeah it was a solid 6/10
