Play as the noblest of fantasy heroes: an insurance adjuster. But when an ancient enemy threatens life as you know it, you must leave your cushy desk behind and step onto the battlefield. Deny a claim. Save the world.
Ledgerbound is a hilarious, narrative-driven tactical RPG/dating sim filled with all your favorite epic fantasy activities: battling evil enemies, filling out paperwork, rescuing your company from financial ruin, pursuing HR-approved relationships, and more!
When the world’s greatest heroes are cut down by an ancient enemy, your company is on the hook for paying out their life insurance claims. That is, unless you can defeat the enemy yourself, proving that those other heroes were simply underprepared—claim denied, baby!
Enjoy punchy dialogue, character-based comedy, and grounded, meaningful conversations that’ll make you fall in love. Or lust. Ideally both.
Engage in strategically dense, grid-based combat to overcome a variety of foes. Customize your team with hundreds of unique abilities, equip corporate swag that boosts your stats, and choose your characters’ promotion paths to unlock powerful new skills.
Just like in real life, time is limited and your choices matter—will you spend your evenings nurturing your blossoming relationships, or will you burn the midnight oil to improve your skills as a tactician? Remember, whatever decisions you make, you’re stuck with forever. FOREVER.
Recruit a ragtag group of weird yet lovable characters, fully voiced by a talented cast of actors who kept saying “wow, this is the horniest thing I’ve ever done.” Then fill out the appropriate HR paperwork so you can get up on them.

this is my indie game of the year so far. Very funny, raunchy, heartfelt at times, tile-based tactics in the vein of Fire Emblem. The cast of characters are all beyond loveable, with a star-studded voice cast, all producing some of their best performances. A sequel would be a day-one buy for me. Congrats to the devs for making such an enjoyable, memorable game
Full voice acting which is amazing!!! Funny and worth every cent.

This is a tactical RPG/Visual Novel hybrid with a simple gameplay loop, but a loooot of heart. Don't let the humor and the sex jokes fool you, by the end of the game, you WILL care about the entire cast, and you will have cried at least once or twice. Positives : -Killer VAs bringing their A game -The writing is absolutely hilarious (and not just 'below-the-belt' humour) -Very solid worldbuilding -Decently challenging tactical gameplay Negatives : -Still a few technical issues -No possibility to edit save files in game, making second playthroughs a bit of a chore -Not that much replaybility (romance routes are the only main difference) All in all, very solid, 9/10 for me
Just a silly goose good time. The writing is fun and funny, the combat is interesting enough that I don't find myself getting bored, and the characters are all fun to interact with. Zero complaints so far.
Good story game. Some mechanical issues with the gameflow here and there. Dont expect too much and enjoy the ride.
A perfect blend of comedy and heart. Very well rounded characters with amazing wirting, acting and artwork. Will certainly be playing this one again and again.
Probably the funniest game I've played.
Hilarious story, fun strategy, lovable cast!
I just finished my first play through on Steam Deck (worked great btw!). I've already booted up the game again to try a harder difficulty and change up some of my choices/love interest(s). I think this game is well worth your money given the quality of the content. If you're a fan of VNs and your favorite parts of RPGs are the love interests, then this is a must-buy! Pros: - Gorgeous art! - Clever writing with a lot of heart (and ♥♥♥♥ jokes). You can tell it was written by humans who cared a lot about this project <3 It took me about an hour to get invested in the story, but after that I was hooked up until the end! - Unique cast of party members (and LIs). The writing did a masterful job transforming character traits that can feel grating on first meeting into something you eventually come to love about the character (e.g. I wasn't super into Jazz's whole schtick at the start, and but around mid-game she'd transformed into one of my favorites in the party!) - Interesting strategy around combat, and ability to replay battles to retry for missed quest rewards Cons: - Since there's no going back in the story due to autosaves, there were times I accidentally selected the wrong choice, and was locked into it. I was bummed when I messed up a selection on a form and missed out entirely on
a spicy scene with Cazian
- No ability to skip "Read" content on replays. I chose a love interest who was monogamous on my playthrough, and want to play again with other LIs, but unlike other VNs, I can't skip through dialogue I've already seen in a previous run
I genuinely love this game, enough to write a review. The mix of tactical RPG with endearing characters really sold this game and became an instant hit for me. The humor and horny won't be for everyone, but for me and my friends that I stream this to, it's been a hit. There have been many, many, many moments that had me laughing out loud, and I have gotten one of my friends to play himself (which is great, I needed someone to blab to about this game) The voice acting is top notch. Everyone knocked it out of the park, from the party members, to bosses, to side characters. There was a lot of love and care done by the writing team and voice actors, you can feel this was a true passion project. Art, characters and environments are gorgeous, the music is a bop and the gameplay is polished. I jumped into another playthrough as soon as my first was done just to see conversations that I missed in my first run. I appreciate the option to have platonic friendships that still develop in a meaningful way. Everyone stands out, and I loved the entire party. No one felt out of place, or came in too late to build a connection. And the romance is great, getting that bond up with your chosen character(s) feels so good, especially in the later half of the game. The time management system, I enjoy it. It made me really think about what I was doing in each rest, planning out my time between talking to members, equipping gear or chasing the 3 stars on battles. It won't be for everyone, but there is an option to disable this if you want. The combat itself is engaging, and the enemies getting more abilities down the line kept it fresh through the whole game. Some bugs I ran into were characters being quiet in their dialogue in some scenes, VA not matching subtitles, and in one case a battle getting stuck, leading to me utilizing the "reset battle" in the options. I would love an option to replay conversations with characters, the voice acting is too good to only hear it once. I highly recommend this to anyone, but I would suggest looking at some early gameplay to get a feel for the humor and dialogue. I look forward to what the team will put out in the future (hopefully DLC or another game)!
Phenomenal, top-tier voice acting in this part narrative, part tactical RPG, part dating simulator game. There's so much charm, a whole lot a sexual humour, and you can tell everyone involved had the time of their lives making this game. The game consists of 26 battles in total, broken up by 'Resterludes', which are one hour breaks during which time you can complete various overworld actions that cost a certain number of minutes. This cost can be anywhere between 1 and 12 minutes depending on the significance of the action, and they all involve buffing your characters and/or building relationships with your team (both romantic and platonic). Battles are really engaging can be challenging depending on your selected difficulty and whether or not you're pursuing the additional rewards for meeting supplementary win conditions, and there is a rudimentary type advantage system that's very entry-level for all players. The final sequence of the game is the only sequence of it's kind in the whole thing, so it felt a bit weird, but neverless still enjoyable. The autosave feature can't be toggled and so there's no backtracking and everything you do is consequential and unchangeable. This part didn't bother me at all, but when you complete the game, you essentially can't reload your save file again because all it does is go back to the credits and then start menu. As such, there is no post-game content, and if you're an achievement hunter, you have to get everything on a single playthrough. Overall, a really enjoyable narrative. A battle mode or a postgame of some kind would have definitely kept me playing after the credits, but otherwise, this was an unexpected pleasure (wink*) for me. The sheer amount of sexual humour sometimes became too gratuitous for, but in general, this did not take about from the heart and the fun of the characters. Will definitely keep an eye on what OmniMegaSuperCorp does next!
