It's a fun and clever little game. It's primarily about discovering what abilities you've actually had the entire time, so I won't explain what those are, but it's satisfying discovering them and realising how you can get to areas that were previously off-limits. It makes very good use out of a very small set of controls (left, right, jump). I'm pretty terrible at anything requiring reflexes and precision and coordination, but I didn't get too frustrated here. The checkpoints are generally pretty good. There are some tricky segments that require repeated attempts but most of the time the platforming isn't *hard*, it just requires a bit of focus. The difficulty is more in the puzzles, but even then it's not meant to be a difficult game. Just enough challenge to keep it interesting. I enjoyed my time with Leap Year, and I recommend it, but I am also quite happily done with it and I don't think I'll be trying the March DLC.
7分 机制设计的神,核心玩法在于对机制的探索,后期地图倒过来的时候好像给我的小脑也转过来了
woah
This Game is a Masterpiece! The puzzle design is so deeply thought through! It is complex, and it doesn't break apart with so many movement abilities. And also, there are no Softlocks! Not even in a form of having to die to a spike to continue progressing, there is always a way out, alive. And I am not even talking about the March DLC, yet (Check my March DLC Review), which is a whole other game! Even bigger that the base Game. For those who are looking for a challenge or want to 100% the game (Luckily I am both of them).
Short, sweet, worth every penny. Game that has perfected level design without blatantly telegraphing how the room will be used. Had a smile on my face after every puzzle!
Unironically one of my favorite sorta discover the rules puzzle game. its short but perfect.
设计的相当优秀的知识锁类游戏,地图内没有一处是多余的设计,
创意确实精彩,但我是平台跳跃苦手和解谜苦手,不看攻略过不去,看攻略又玩不开心。不太适合我。
Excellent, it twisted my brain
