Last Village

This is a great concept, but it needs a lot of work. The controls are very strange, and the controller support is beyond terrible. Also, it is nearly impossible to move forward in some spots because there is no conceivable clue as to where to go or how to unlock the doors within the tractor garage. The bugs are pretty obvious. I look forward to seeing this game get patched up, because I think it has great potential. But it needs a lot of work

I received a free copy of this game through Keymailer.com for an impartial review and here it is. This is not a well done game. I streamed my playthrough and gave my thoughts at the end of it and while they may seem scathing the intention is to be honest and impartial as previously stated. This game is super rough and in the times of early access and alpha releases to customers to buy and try and help fund the endeavors of small development teams to allow them cash flow to continue working on and improving their games, Last Village is severely lacking the thing that makes these early access titles being funded their reason for it and that is soul. This from the bottom up is very nearly a pure asset flip. I really hope that I am wrong but you can clearly tell in the lack of heart and passion this game has in it. The team bought a map, stuck some cheap little buildings on it, bought a couple cool looking enemy types and slapped it all together with some vaguely eastern European feel to them and called it a day. Nothing really feels like its in Russia besides the random sign here and there or that the same Lada is parked all over the map. The whole area is very desolate and the same color and pretty unappealing at that. When you finally get a look at the full character model at the end of the game, his faded grey jeans have more realism and definition to them than the actual ground or buildings do. The sound design is pretty bad, again seemingly going with the cheapest option they could find and doing zero work to it themselves to try and enhance the quality. It's really a shame that they are charging $10 for this and I am sure have sold at least a couple thousand copies so they made their money back. If you look at their website they have several games just like this so its not as if this is their first game or they are improving as time goes on or adding quality members to fill out needed roles. They just snag cheap assets and put them in enough of a mashed state it works with a "theme" and call it a day. Here ya go, that'll be $10 please and thanks. Again, I received this key for free and i'm sure i'll never get a key from this company again which is fine with me to be honest. If the dev team ever reads this then feel free to message me and tell me how wrong I am and how you've spent months and months toiling over this game and working hard to perfect it enough that you felt it was worth the sticker price and i'll just refer you to my stream where all of the broken AI, glitchy enemies, terrible sound design, and nonsensical story could all have been found out with one play test from anyone on the team. So many 0 stars. The platforming was the best part but that's like saying this dumpster fire is at least outside of a strip club instead of a hospital. Played on Twitch - twitch.tv/leftovergaming apologies for the crashing Comcast was in rare form today and even after resetting my modem there was nothing I could do to stop the constant crashing (viewer beware)

Если честно, прочичал пост на пикабу и решил поддержать русского игродела. К сожалению нельзя оставить неитральную оценку на игру( Чувак, который это уг запилил скачай Rimworld. Это тоже индюшатина, но твое поделие и римчик абсолютно на разных полюсах стоят. Чего стоит только крутящаяся корова под ГГ.
