This is a totally unexpected move by the notorious indie developer Vidas. He is undoubtedly a colossus of horror games here on steam, known especially for his terrifying walking sims full of crazy aesthetics and extreme jumpscares. However, with this game he wanted to do something different: instead of being continuously and violently jumpscared by hideous monsters, here we can finally show them who is in command by shooting their ass with some bizarre and futuristic fire weapons. This a very brave move, a risky bet, and I think he deserves respect just for this. When you deviate from the style that made you famous worldwide, you always risk a lot. But I am glad to say that I liked this game. A lot. I always knew Vidas had the potential to make something special and unique on the shooter landscape. And indeed I was right, because Planeta 55 shows his own character, his own signature, mainly conveyed through the surreal sci-fi setting and mood, the creepy and completely original creatures, and the mysteryous plot that provides more questions than answers. But above all, there's... something incredibly satisfying in the gameplay of this title. I don't know what precisely, but there's something that makes it much more fun than it may seem. It's like... shooting monsters with guns inside a completely surreal and impossible dream. It is surely an experience that I recommend to anyone that is interested in living a completely unusual adventure. Also, I strongly recommend this game because I definitely want to see more. Vidas is going in the right direction I think, so I want to see other games with this same style. I cannot wait to see how all this will evolve in the insane mind of this incredibly talented artist! Cheers guys!

Okay,, this may just be a me-problem but could you please make it so that the protagonist auto-reloads whenever their mag is empty? xd for me this is a big issue at the first boss since my hand has to play twister to not get hit while reloading, since i need to move and to dash, oh and run. otherwise I'd get hit. i do like this game, but since i usually play with a controller i really am fighting with the controls, sadly
Fun game, I beat it in under 3 hours. I think the art style is awesome, the character models are pretty good considering its a solo indie game. The music rocks although the music can be slightly repetitive at times. Minor tweaks for the game that I think would help it: - making the dash go a longer distance - making the base speed and the sprint slightly faster - the first boss is really hard, I think that some more health drops and balance on the level is needed - being unable to activate the health station after you get full health Some other ideas for future updates are: -possible platforming with some combat? -an enemy that has a ranged attack would be interesting -making the game slightly longer would be cool as well, I felt like I wanted to spend more time with the newer guns -upgrade system with the guns would be really cool, like more ammo in the clip etc Overall I actually had a lot of fun with the game as you will see below. Only played a little so far but I love the aesthetic and the amazing soundtrack. Not to mention the gunplay is a fun challenge.
From the makers of Dye the Bunny we have Planeta 55. This game is a bit more involved than Dye the Bunny was imo. I didn't notice any scary moments in this one despite the horror tag. Here we're takin' out hordes of enemies with guns. There is a story bein' told but most aren't gonna pay much attention to it. Not too bad of a shooter. The checkpoints could use some work though. Only for people interested in an interesting, surrealist game with some cool ideas. ONLY ON SALE! Not to be rude, but 10 dollars for just an hour is kinda highway robbery. As a shooter game, it falls flat. It's like painkiller, but even MORE repetitive. However as an experience it's honestly kinda cool, it's a lotta interesting quirky ideas mashed together. I think the enemy designs are dope, the level architecture is cool, and I applaud the dev for trying to make the enemies do more than just run at the player (aka different attacks). I think it's charming, but no doubt I think lots of people would be turned off by it.
I really dig the artstyle in this game. Overall its decent short horde kiting shooter with horror elements. Lack of environmental sound design and repetition of soundtrack brings the score down though. I wish the levels were larger and had more exploration aspect.
I found the game's storyline hard to grasp, but I thoroughly enjoyed the adorable Pug that zoomed around as part of the gameplay. The music seemed to overpower the game, but it was decent nonetheless. I hope the music wasn't copyrighted, as it could make it challenging for streamers to share the game content. There is definitely potential for improvement. Story: 3/10 Shooting: 7/10 Pug: 10/10 Music: 8/10 Overall Rating: 6/10
有点小贵,流程很短,1个小时就打通了,打击感约等于没有,不过剧情演出还行,独立游戏做成这样也可以了,就是一个带丁点惊悚色彩的射击游戏,最后的结局我也是真的无语。
