Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.13/day in the week to Jul 21 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hidden Gem of a Game. What I Liked Highlights: Good story and historical context. Different but works well straying from the standard WW1/WW2 story. High replay potential. Good graphics. New and refreshing concept for strategy gameplay. Excellent cutscenes. 40 Hours of "Main Campaign/Story" What I Did Not Like Highlights: Vehicle use is horrible. Tanks do not move. Vehicles constantly get stuck. Not sure how this has not been patched or noticed yet. Difficulty, for me it became too easy by the last 1/4 of the campaign that I was rushing to finish. This was on the most difficult setting, without adjustment. Becomes very repetitive towards the end. Mostly because of the difficulty point mentioned above. Overall, great experience and glad that I purchased. I will come back to the game overtime to play some of the DLC missions and probably another full playthrough. Full price of $40 seems high at this point in time but with a discount it is well worth it. Like others have mentioned a good mix of Frostpunk and Company of Heroes.

When I first started playing this game, I was ready to speed through it, but as I discovered it was based on true events, I took my time and enjoyed every minute of it! I'm actually going to buy Captain Langer's Books and give them a read!
Great game, there's a couple bugs but overall would recommend
Klare Empfehlung! Klare Empfehlung!**
Pravda vítězí!
fun
The game is very good, but it also has glaring problems. The good parts are the train and resource management, the story and some side missions are engaging, felt attached to my soldiers and always looked forward to findings lost legionaries, the negative stat mechanic is good but because i abused the stealth mechanic in the game i had not noticed it until i reached the last mission. Now for the bad, once you reach chapter 3 you pretty much have nearly experienced everything the game has to offer, its just rinse and repeat after that. Don't get me wrong its not always a bad thing, but that is if the gameplay loop keeps you engaged. The biggest problem here is that as you continue to play you will notice big problems with the game, the biggest problem is the AI, it is damn braindead with stealth scouts you can get close to them loony tunes style until you stab them right in front of them, once you notice that, the games combat devolves into scout stealth missions where you run mainly scouts and let everyone else sit in the entrance doing nothing until you butcher the whole map and complete the missions, and you do this over and over and over and over and over and over again until you get bored. so pretty much the combat is completely borked as soon as you get stealth scouts. The enemy placement is always the same on every map, missions variety is nearly non-existent even exploration on the train. you are constantly balancing resources and stamina bars for your soldiers that it ultimately becomes boring. the UI while serviceable it could be improved by having a separate tab for soldiers that are idle, not just a notification for them, makes managing them more convenient. most of the time combat felt very static, you have to engage the enemy every time, luring them into kill boxes while fun, gets boring when you have to set it up multiple times per mission. the aforementioned negatives could be overlooked if the game was not so padded. The game has 9 chapters. it could be cut down to 4 or 5 if they cut down padding in the game, felt so over bloated with similar activities that it detracted from the fun. more is not always fun. sometimes making a game shorter is the way to go. if they choose to make another game like this, if it is the same length they add content mechanics something that is meaningful throughout the whole game, not just frontload all of it in the first chapters, to keep things interesting. while my review is mostly negative, it is an enjoyable game, and i cannot wait until they give us another, the foundation in this game is very well made, maybe the second game will iron out all of the kinks in the game, does not have to be train maybe we can have an adventure on a ship as pirates,
great mix of resource managment and rts combat
