Depressing yet incredibly beautiful. Atmospheric and immersive with perfectly fitting music and graphics. Short but satisfying.

No game has ever made me feel anything like this before. It really, really resonates with me. I truly can't do anything but recommend it. Please, if you're in the right headspace and don't mind such harsh themes as self harm, suicide and religious trauma, please, please, please give it a go. It's beautiful. It's a wonderful experience.

I've received more in my short time playing this game than most other games I've played. This is a game about understanding the "why". The listening and understanding of the desperate struggles of those who feel that they've reached the end of their tether. You're given multiple outlooks on the same "exit" and why they choose the options they did, but the sheer emotion demonstrated through desperate grasps at life make the tales that much more intimate. This game has it all. The small audio touches of someone who's frantically preparing for an activity or the crackling of a phone breaking through the rain all pair wonderfully with the dreamy, almost heaven like feel. You're surrounded by dread that works to squeeze the life out of your body as the cold and desolate open landscapes greet you. It's rad. It's cold. It's evil. and yet it's full of love. I can only hope that those who left this world or tried to leave this world by their own hands have found peace or fulfillment. The light shining on a new day truly is beautiful.
