Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I found this saga through the last game Absinthia and it made me rediscover the love for RPGs that I had lost years ago. The game is excellent, good story, lovable characters, some comedy, a map with plenty things to explore and above all some twists in the combat system that brings a lot of freshness to the already achieved nostalgia. Price is also cheap.

Yes yes yes and yes. The game play isn't anything too special. Its def more enjoyable than other rpgs, but its really just the classic. What i love most is every character (besides uno, we don't talk about uno) has a way to recover mp. That move doesn't feel nearly as efficient as their normal moves, but its a way to recover mp without resting or drinking a potion which other classic rpgs don't have which my stingy ass loves as I am someone who refuses to use a potion unless its the final super secret hidden boss. And if it was only for that, I wouldn't recommend this game, but the dialogue is honestly so charming. Whoever is the writer, I love you. At least so far. I'm only the first quest in so that might all change, but I love the writing enough that I felt like I had to write a review. Anyways, gonna play this some more tommarow
TL;DR rating: 7.5/10. Good for the price its asking, wish the story was longer and had more time to flesh out the relationship. Highly recommend that you play on Hard in Enhanced Edition. Full review: Knight Bewitched follows the story of an Alchemist and Knight attempting to save the world. Ruth is a heroic warrior on the run from the king's law under the presumption that she has been bewitched by the witch Gwendolyn, whom she was tasked to kill. The story quickly becomes a race against time to prove both Ruth and Gwen's innocence as well as to resolve a larger conflict: the impending end of humanity brought on by an ancient force. [spoilers start] What of the story? Knight Bewitched, unfortunately, runs into the issue of feeling rushed. Gwen and Ruth's relationship hardly has time to navigate the overarching conflict in the story. There is a point at the halfway mark in the game where Gwen starts to act apprehensive around Ruth, which the latter points out only to have the discussion brushed off with the fact that the two have greater things to worry about. Eventually, it comes to light that Gwen has bewitched Ruth. This is something that was suspected since the start of the game. The bewitchment is minor, and only requires that Ruth agree with anything Gwen says as long as she uses a specific phrase. How would Ruth react to this? Presumably, this would be a major conflict in their relationship, however since the game is pressed for time to resolve the overarching story line... Ruth is only upset for a single cut scene, until Gwen's sister approaches her and informs her whatever romantic feelings the knight feels for the alchemist are hers alone. At that point, when the two talk again it is established that they're now in a relationship. It's an RPG, so the relationship isn't the main plot of the story. No, the major plot point is the evil dragon trying to destroy all humans. That being said, Ruth and Gwen are 1/2 of the main cast (Stray and Uno both have character turning points that I feel are better handled.) I had been hoping that their story would be better fleshed out. In fact, it kind of made me wish the game was longer. [end spoilers] I beat the game at ~25hrs, some of that time is from me being afk, so that being said I would wager this game is about 16-18hrs long. Additionally, I played on the hardest difficulty in enhanced edition which meant I spent more time grinding so I could 100% the game. The combat is classic turn based, the difficulty creep on hard felt a bit odd. There were times I was struggling with side bosses, and other times where I just completely obliterated them. There was even a moment in the endgame where a side boss (Strife) achievement popped and I hadn't even fought it yet, damn I guess I'm just that strong. Over all, I give this game a 7.5/10. It isn't bad, its not great, but it scratches the classic RPG itch and provides hours of content for the price it's asking. I will definitely be buying Knight Bewitched 2 to see if Ruth and gwen develop more alongside the additional cast.
I have a complete playthrough I am posting on my Youtube. You can find the current episodes on my playlist at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuVHSXI0XDqiAJmpq9P-RjKgqdn7ymmrK (This review is based on the original Legacy Edition, which is playable with the current version.) This game has a solid story and starts out with a relative bang. Following Ruth's journey is a fun experience and a majority of the pacing in this game is done well enough that you need minimal grinding for experience. There's plenty of little gags and humor sprinkled in to offset the downtimes searching towns. Being a JRPG-style game, you expect bonuses battles that'll test your ability, and the game doesn't disappoint in that regards. The secret bosses offer a solid challenge and I met with the game over screen fighting a couple of them due to their sheer power or their uniquenesses. The game is far from perfect as this is an early work from this developer. The typical mistake of giving too much equipment exists in this game due to trying to provide secondary effects; you will run into far more options than you will probably realistically use especially with the weapons. I have not played the newer Enhanced Edition, but from what I can tell parts of it are almost a different game so playing through both is recommended, which is a great bang for your buck (considering off discounts it is $4.99 USD). And if you decide to play all of the games, this series shares history so later games will reference this one (which gives the entire Saga an amazing interconnected feel even though they are standalone games). Do recommend.
JRPG GOTY 1993 right here boyos. But in all seriousness, there's a remarkable amount of depth and easily swappable 'build' decisions for all the characters, and while it's not totally freeform, the amount of variety in skills and equipment means you end up devising team-wide openers for combat depending on enemy group makeup and needs. It's a lot more sophisticated and nuanced than the simple presentation suggests, and while the writing isn't winning any awards, it's charming and perfect for the vibes.
Turn-based rpg with a charming story. I love that the knights of Ambrose games always have lgbt characters.
This RPG is simple, but it still checks a lot of boxes. The characters are relatable, which makes the story much more interesting and the humor is pretty good too if you've been around the block enough times so to speak. Lots of 4th wall humor too, but not so much that it detracts from the main story. It has its flaws, but I'd still recommend.
