it fun :D
I find the game fun and I really like the building aspect. Although the wars are annoying
Amazing game that really engaged me and is incredibly well made. Got exactly what I was looking for.
kingdoms and castles is a game about building a midevil kingdom on a island and protecting it from invading forces and mythical beings. you start with a mere 5 citizens and work your way up to a potential full island cover packed with workers fulfilling your every need and making the kingdom function. Like farmers and librarians. kingdoms and castles, like the completely unrelated game poly bridge, has a very intuitive editor. Here, all of the different structures are divided into a handful bigger categories, making it very easy to navigate. Like for example a granarie under the food categort and a dragons gym under the defens category. Its so simple that the guy from the other unrelated game plants vs zombies, you know the one with a well trimmed beard, even eyes and without a frying pan on his head, yeah him. His smart ahh could probably navigate the editor with it being so simple. one big feature of the game is the defense part. here you can build armies full of peasents to lazy to do actuall work, and just wants to handle the decadely viking invation. you could also build balista towers or maybe even bow towers (ew) to hinder vikings on range or maybe even the ocational dragon that wants to brun up the place. infact, some lore here, so look away if you dont want any spoilers. since there are dragons in the game, it means that the game takes place after feburay 22 2019, since they havent found the hidden world yet. also the fact that the game is played on an island mean that it takes place somewhere in oceania. There is however one bad thing with this game. and its the alleged conspiracy between the dragons and the vikings, since then never attach together we can figure out that the have some sory of secret pact making it so they never attack at the same time, why they have this is something that i dont know. but i have a theory, A GAME TH... I think that they met in secret thousands of years ago to plan this act. the dragons are on the air and viking in the ground, this means that the dragon acedentally can hit a viking in the tippy toes with its cool ahh flame frags, the immortal dea... sorry derailed a bit. i meant to say cool ahh flame that it spits from the mouth. from this, the toes have a big chance of getting set on fire, which on its own probably would hurt, but the real problem begins if it spreads to the rest of the viking body. this is something that could leave burns, but even more likely, kill the viking. And this would be bad for both the vikings and dragons since they have a common enemy; the player for some reason. but why do they hate the player you may ask, well i have the question to that answer to, but also the answer to the question. I think with full (un)certanty that the dragons and vikings have a defence allience with fish, and as we all know fish hate the global trade and purposefully slow down ships to make trade worse and less profitable. this is something that can explain why the viking ships take so long to appear between each appearence, since the are so slow from all the fish. but the allience with fish also makes them hate the player since this player is allied with the merchant who comes around sometimes. who we also can prove is not allied with the dragons, vikings, and fish. since he CAN appear when there is another invation going on, aswell as being a trader meaning he probably has a positive view on global trade, making him a threat against fish state. Another thing that could make fish hate the player is fishing, meaning that the player fishes up fish, which kills them. and even sometimes sell that fish to the merchant, adding fuel to the fire. this whole beef with fish, and the fish defence treaty with the viko-dragon allience makes it so the dragons and vikings want, and because of the treaty are even legally obligated to attack the player in defence of fish. i even happen to know that the fish think that it is worth spending time around the island and risking getting fished up. since they have a beautiful position to spy on the player from there and gather valuble information to the fish and viko-dragon allience. in conclution, kingdoms and castles is a game for all who love a simple world building game filled with complex global tensions. 19 / 21 cross refrences
