Kimmy

Cute typical visual novel game with a few choices that can be made. Hand drawn art is adorable. No replay ability. Suitable for younger audience. The music was lovely, and the character building was wonderful too. I learned about some new games I never knew the rules to haha. The end go dark, and I was moved. Cute game.

I love this game

I went into this game completley blind with no prior knowledge as to what it was. I noticed I had a Steam key I still hadn't redeemed in my Humble Bundle library, and decided to redeem it and play it without looking anything up about it. At first, I wasn't sure what to think, it seemed like a pretty basic visual novel and I wasn't all that interested, but as the story unfolded, I found myself intrigued as to where this was going. In the end, I'd say I enjoyed it (I'll leave it at that as to not spoil the story). Some cons, though, are that the game is very short and very linear, leaving it with little replay value.

This is easily one of my favourite games yet and worth every penny. The story is amazing, the dialogues between every single character with another too. I must mention that almost every character has an obvious issue that comes out as the story progresses. The more you interact, the bigger idea you get about what this story actually represents. The start really does make it seem like a generic, happy story.. to avoid spoilers, try it yourself. It will be worth your time. Kimmy is an amazing character and her development is too, I never suspected it would end like it did.

Don't let the description fool you, this game is an emotional roller-coaster that will leave grown men at near tears.

This is a really beautiful game full of emotions. It is a sort of detective game about childhood and family difficulties. I really like the character development and the friendships that develop.

I picked this game up for the silliest of reasons, I thought the MC looked like another character I like but I have no regrets with this one. It's a very charming game, the art style is soft and fits in the setting of the daily lives of kids. Despite it's short length I was rather attached to Dana, Kimmy and their friendship. So much so that I ended up crying in the end. I also learned a lot playing this, I had no idea the '60s was such a different time from our own. I learned about games I had no idea were games and how different parenting could be, it even got me to talk about it with my own mum. This game is really charming and I feel it's worth a play for a nostalgia for a simpler age for us all, where friends and games were what mattered
