Please everyone go to pcgamingwiki and follow the steps to increase the framerate to 144fps and prevent crashing issues. This game is really great and although the port is horrible, it is fixable!!

As it stands it's a pretty rough port. Capped at 30fps, bugs and fairly frequent crashing(had to immediately skip a cutscene since it always crashed before ending). If you want to play a Grasshopper Manufacture title and an actual Suda51 game, play Killer7. The visuals and cel-shading style are pretty nice though.

Суде51 снова дали маленький бюджет даже относительно Lollipop chainsaw, и он выжал из него максимум. Во-первых, боевка, это прям полноценный слешер с небольшой глубиной. Обычно в его играх она поверхностная, но со всякими приколами. Приколы не обошли стороной и эту игру, но здесь большая часть сражений зависят именно от твоего скилла. Тут присутствуют элементы из ninja gaiden 2, когда при накоплении комбо твои удары ускоряются и начинают наносить больше урона. И олна из крутых фишек, это контратаки. При идеальном блоке, можно отшвырнуть врага и вмазать кулаком по земле, нанеся урон по округе. А при идеальном уклонении срабатывает режим fruit ninja, когда нас притягивает к врагу, от которого уклонились, и мы яростно начинаем долбить по кнопке атаки, чтобы за пару секунд снять как можно больше хп у врага. Начиная с 20 комбо, появляются эпичные добивания, с которых можно залутать тот или иной ресурс. Ну и парирования. Здесь они не такие имбовые и просто позволяют ненадолго застанить врага. Также есть вторичное оружие, позволяющее наносить урон издалека, всё спокойно можно комбинировать и устраивать резню. Само вторичное оружие открывается интересным способом - через постель. Точнее, через свидания с девушками, за которыми необходимо подглядывать и дарить подарки. Реализовано это через мини-игру, в которой можно спокойно проиграть, если быть неосторожным. Также очень понравились боссфайты. Некоторые требовали прям хорошей такой реакции, а боссфайт во сне, часть которого происходит от второго лица (видим всё глазами босса, но всё ещё управляем главным героем), крайне приятно удивил. Музыка не особо выделяется, но приятна слуху, чего вполне достаточно. А вот сюжет... это... смесь Города грехов, Джона Уика и 3 скуренных сижек чего-то весёлого. Но он интересный и умеет приятно удивить. И сложно не увидеть слона в комнате. Арт стиль абсолютно бомбический. Максимально перенасыщен и переконтрасчен, уводя всё в стиль как раз Города грехов. Ну и художники не могли не воспользоваться этим, выдав местами absolute cinema картинку. По тону игра довольно мрачная, но не лишена юмора. Тут он в основном ситуативный и его немного, но когда есть, невозможно остановить ор. В итоге, мы имеем одну из лучших его игр наравне с Lollipop chainsaw.

Killer is Dead (Nightmare Edition) is a very stylish hack-and-slash action game that offers a unique visual presentation with a surreal art style, fast/flashy combat, weird boss fights, a great soundtrack, and a cool protagonist with an even cooler name (Mondo Zappa is a pretty sweet name). It's a game centered around assassinations and bizarre contracts, cybernetic powers, and a surreal narrative about the dark side of the moon (?). It's clearly a SUDA51 game, as even after 2 complete playthroughs, I can't make heads or tails of it. The story starts off ok, but by the end it's kinda hard to explain what is going on, but at least there isn't a dull moment, and it's mostly non-stop action. There are also the Gigolo missions, which revolve around secretly staring at certain parts of a woman's body when they are not looking and then looking away before they notice. The whole minigame for me was just goofy, stupid fun, and I didn't take the "missions" seriously, but I guess some people might be offended by them (I know even when the game first came out, a bunch of people complained about them being included). It's a game best enjoyed when you turn off your brain and don't try very hard to understand all its plot points; otherwise, you might end up with a migraine. The campaign itself isn't very long, you'll most likely beat it in around 10 hours. If you enjoy SUDA51's previous works, you'll most likely find some enjoyment in KiD.

Неймовірно стильний, захоплюючий та драйвовий слешер. Сюжет затягує з перших хвилин, персонажі дуже харизматичні, геймплей добротний, візуал на висоті, а саундтрек просто бомба. Ще й за таку низьку ціну на розпродажах. Немає що думати, це мастхев.

Super upset about this one. It looked like a lot of fun, and I was hooked as soon as I started playing, only for the port to disappoint me. It crashes in Chapter 2 and is locked at 30 FPS. Such a shame.
