KARMA: The Dark World est un jeu assez court, comptez environ 5 heures pour le terminer. Le jeu est magnifique, avec une direction artistique originale et parfois vraiment angoissante. Le gameplay est simple, avec quelques énigmes disséminées tout au long de l'aventure. Certains thèmes abordés sont violents et peuvent déranger. Controle, Traumatisme, Manipulation .. Je n'ai rencontré aucun screamer… ou alors c'est juste moi qui me suis fait peur tout seul. Une petite pépite à choper en promo. J'ai hâte de voir ce que le studio nous réserve par la suite. Si vous êtes fan de science-fiction ou d'horreur psychologique, foncez !
Когда я впервые увидел KARMA: The Dark World, подумал, что это будет обычный инди-хоррор: красивая графика, несколько скримеров и стандартная история. Но уже спустя час понял, что ошибался. Это вообще не тот хоррор, который пытается напугать монстрами или громкими звуками. Здесь весь акцент сделан на атмосфере и ощущении, что с происходящим что-то не так. Действие разворачивается в альтернативной Восточной Германии 1984 года, где власть принадлежит корпорации "Левиафан". Мы играем за агента, который расследует преступления, погружаясь в воспоминания людей. Благодаря этому игра постоянно меняет реальность, и в какой-то момент перестаешь понимать, где заканчиваются воспоминания и начинается настоящее. Если вам нравятся фильмы Дэвида Линча или антиутопии вроде "1984", то настроение игры наверняка покажется знакомым. Постоянная тревога, ощущение тотального контроля и странные сцены, смысл которых раскрывается далеко не сразу, здесь работают очень хорошо. При этом разработчики не пытаются разжевать каждую деталь. Некоторые эпизоды после первого просмотра вообще вызывают недоумение, но чем дальше проходишь, тем больше начинаешь замечать мелочей, которые раньше казались случайными. Не на все вопросы игра дает ответ, и лично мне это даже понравилось. Больше всего запоминается именно атмосфера. На Unreal Engine 5 игра выглядит очень красиво. Освещение, тени, отражения и дизайн локаций создают ощущение постоянного напряжения. Иногда я ловил себя на том, что просто стоял и рассматривал окружение, потому что художники действительно постарались. Звук тоже играет огромную роль. Музыки немного, зато окружающие шумы постоянно держат в напряжении. Где-то слышен гул вентиляции, где-то тихие голоса, а иногда наступает почти полная тишина. Именно в такие моменты становится особенно неуютно. Но сразу стоит сказать: игра медленная. Большую часть времени вы исследуете локации, читаете документы и постепенно собираете историю по кусочкам. Если хочется постоянного экшена, то игра может показаться скучной. Здесь удовольствие получаешь именно от исследования и попыток разобраться в происходящем. Что понравилось еще - игра постоянно меняется. Только кажется, что начинаешь понимать ее правила, как она снова удивляет. Из-за этого интерес не пропадает практически до самого финала. Наверное, единственное, что подойдет не всем, - любовь авторов к символизму. Некоторые моменты остаются открытыми для разных трактовок, поэтому тем, кто любит максимально понятные сюжеты, история может показаться слишком запутанной.

Korku oyunu olduğunu düşünüp almıştım yaptığım en güzel hata oldu belkide. hayatımda oynadığım en iyi oyunlardan biri oldu. müzikleri, grafikleri, animasyonu ve özellikle hikayesi ile başyapıttı. oyunun bitmesine üzülmek çok garip ;(
推荐惊悚叙事，剧情驱动，走路模拟器爱好者。 除了收尾有点着急，整体质量蛮高的，如果团队多一些资金一定会更完整，考虑到卖价很低，满分鼓励一下吧。
When I first saw this game, it reminded me of Observer: System Redux. It has the same atmosphere where everything is weird (like the story) and, most importantly, really good graphics. But it is very different from Observer: System Redux where both have investigation, but this game is all about solving soft puzzles, very lite gameplay which will always change at some point and some stupid puzzles that do not make sense, like some side figure puzzles that you will collect throughout the game (or maybe I just did not understand them). Along side the puzzles and the good story, it has a diverse atmosphere of soft Horror that will make you scared in some moments and an emotional story that will suddenly happen after a horror experience. I wished that they included choice matter in the game which would have made it way better. Overall, the game is amazing but it might not be for everyone. It has soft and stupid puzzles, it has a good story, it also has horror which for me is not as scary as RE7. (Based on my feelings: 7.8/10 😊)
