About
Featuring a bite force more powerful than the Tyrannosaurus rex, prepare to welcome the first crocodile to the Jurassic World Evolution game franchise – the Deinosuchus.
Thrill your guests with 5 prehistoric species; the Deinosuchus, Postosuchus, Desmatosuchus, Styxosaurus, and Shonisaurus! Each species comes as a complete family unit and features bespoke interactions, and the first ever bioluminescent skins for the Styxosaurus juvenile. Build your own weathered coastal locations and expand your waterside operations with detailed scenery, signage, props, and Blueprints for your guests to enjoy.
This giant prehistoric crocodilian is the first of its kind in the Jurassic World Evolution game franchise. The Deinosuchus is a semi-aquatic predator that lurks in the water to ambush prey with a fierce deathroll attack. It’s long, broad snout, muscular tail, and quadrupedal walking style makes it versatile on land and in the water. The Deinosuchus is a must for your new waterfront enclosures!
This ancient cousin of modern crocodilians shares many common physical traits such as a robust skull, armoured skin, and a deadly jaw of dagger-like teeth. The bi-pedal family unit needs a mix of arid and wetland environments to thrive in your parks. Be careful it doesn’t escape; it tends to chase guests and hold them down with their front forelimbs.
Bring some calm to your park with a herbivorous distant relative of modern crocodiles. Stacked with defensive adaptions, the Desmatosuchus is effective at deterring potential predators with two large shoulder spikes, and a carapace formed with two rows of bony scutes.
Named after the mythical River Styx, this long-necked plesiosaur family unit introduces the first ever bioluminescent skins for a juvenile species in Jurassic World Evolution 3. Complementing the male variant with new distinctive patterns and colours, the juvenile also features a set of unique interactions making it a perfect addition for your waterfront inspired lagoon builds!
Enchant your lagoons with the Shonisaurus! This huge ichthyosaur from the Late Triassic period brings a full family unit to your parks. The all-new juvenile model has been carefully designed to maintain that classic rounded design with interactions tailored to its unique circular size.
From waterfront huts to boardwalk blueprints, the Jurassic World Evolution 3: Crocodilia Coast pack has everything you need to quickly build a stunning water’s edge area for your guests to relax; until a dinosaur escape that is! Or take advantage of a full wall kit, props, lights and signage to create a custom windswept area around your new species enclosures and lagoons!

As a 3D Artist myself focused on character animation I understand the work behind editing already existing dinosaur-rigs in order for them to interact with the new dinosaur (croc) body type. I feel this pack might be overpriced due to the "recycled" (baby model + animations are new so not entirely recycled) content, though I still believe it is a "good" dlc as it is enabling more croc-type dinosaurs in the future. I would encourage against boycotting the efforts of offering us something new and rather encouraging Frontier to keep developing new rigs and kindly ask for less recycled content. I trust Frontier to be a company that listens to feedback and it would be to our own detriment that they'd decide to stop building new varied species such as this. All this being said, everyone is entitled to having their own opinion and I would love to hear what y'all think about this ^^
Bit the bullet just so I could be vocal about my distaste for the pricing increase. The DLC offers the same amount of brand new content as the Wetlands pack, however with the addition of 2 returning species. I don't mind the returning species being attached to a DLC. Would it be nice if we could get them all back in free updates? Absolutely. But I knew that was never really going to happen. What I don't agree with is the thought process that added content we've already seen and used in JWE2 should be worth an additional +50% price increase. And I just know they waited specifically for this DLC with a very requested new species to do it so that people would ride that excitement and look past the scummy pricing for returning species. This pack should have been £10, it's a £2 difference but god it's going to add up if Frontier thinks they can keep doing this.

五种里有两种重复动物!拒绝重复售卖!拒绝恶意涨价!抵制无良游戏厂商!这些可怜和薄弱的内容最多值30人民币! Frontier已经穷疯了!亲妈都不想要了!恶心! Two out of the five species are repeats! Stop reselling recycled animals! Stop the blatant price gouging! Boycott these greedy game companies! This pathetic, bare-bones content is worth $3–4 at most. Frontier has completely lost the plot with its pricing. Players need to stand together, push back against this behavior, and defend our rights as consumers!
This DLC, like most JWE DLCs is disappointing and is scarce of barely any new content. First of all, the only creature in this pack that is NEW and UNIQUE is the Deinosuchus. The two other 'suchus' relatives are very basic, similar to other dinosaurs in the game, and just feel like filler around the Deinosuchus. The last two creatures are both marine life that we had in the previous game! This being a $15 DLC pack is a cheaply put together addition to the game as are most of the other JWE DLC packs. As much as I love this game, it disappoints me time after time again.
Following alongside the Deluxe Edition upgrade of the game this PDLC repackages content from previous instalments behind paid content. These being the Styxosaurus and Shonisaurus. This is a real shame honestly, while sure the developers have had to implement 2 new textures for the adults and a new baby model I personally would have preferred them just to not include the species at all if it means arbitrarily increasing the price of the PDLC. Especially when these species just do not fit in with the theme of the rest of the pack. The brand new additions are great though, and if it wasn't for the returning species upping the price I'd argue this was the best smaller scale PDLC out of all the Evolution games so far. bummer.
i cant support this pack, i dont like that we are getting resold 2 jwe2 dlc speices. ( Styxosaurus & Shonisaurus) its called the crocodilia coast so we should get 5 new crocodilians. i wish we had gotten Sarcosuchus, Purussaurus, Kaprosuchus with it. its $15 for 3 new species and 2 resolds, its the same as a the wetlands pack in terms of content (3 new species and a bunch of scenery items). Theres not much dimorphism in the male and females, in crocodiles the female is much smaller and the Styxosaurus and Shonisaurus look exactly as they did in jwe2. i love how they look but they should have done something to make it feel more worth the price. i didnt think we was getting everything back for free, but this is ridiculous.
Much as it pains me to do so, I cannot really recommend this. The Deino and the other crocs are great. But the Deino has so many issues. It doesn't dive. It doesn't really fight. Its lunge ragdolls the target even before the deathroll happens, there is no animation for the prey struggling after being bit but before the deathroll, which should be the thing that kills it. And the Deino doesn't even eat what it kills. The Deino and the complexity that came with bringing it to us were the reason and excuse for the increased price and reselling 2 species returning from JWE2. And yet, it feels rushed and cheaply made, with no real effort.
this DLC is a huge letdown. 15 dollars for recycled creatures and one single crocodile in the CROCODILE dlc is insane. def missed out by not adding sarco
They took a single crocodile hostage and put on another classic PARADOX circus. And yet, like the loyal tax-paying simp I am, I bought it anyway. Am I an idiot? Absolutely! I just couldn't look away from this~ Time to go stare at this expensive little cute croc's face and contemplate my life choices. Maybe I'll feel better after a good night's sleep...🤡
Its ok, but definitely not worth 15$
