Love it Lot of fun and easy to pick up. Not a money grabber if you are patient.

Fun, but glitchy I like this game, but it’s so glitchy and crashes all the time. I play plenty of other games that don’t do this, so it’s not my internet connection. Please fix this.

Love this game but.... I have been playing for several years. I find the story line engaging and there are many fun parts to the game. Recently I have noticed some glitches that are not enjoyable. Fairground Fortune often does not register my points consistently which I can forgive. But recently when I purchased a Vault I did not get credited for it. This made me distrust purchasing again. I sent a message but was denied. This game can get expensive and I have spent a fair amount to keep the play going. Before I delete it, I am going to challenge myself to play and spend no money!

Is there a real Help, EVER? Twice now issues have happened. About a year ago there was 13K in hard earned ‘tips’ that just disappeared over nite. According to “Help”I spent them. No I had not. But they don’t care & tried to appeal SEVERAL TINES, only to be ignored. Now, this past week I purchased a packet to assist in one of my side games. Something I never do, but I thot I’d give it a try. So with *game* currency-diamonds, I spent 85 diamonds for a packet that I never received. Help was as useful as a drink umbrella in a torrential rainstorm. HELP (2) are by far annoying & worthless. There’s the bot, then after you’ve typed it up the event issue on these stupid/hard to operate message boards-(honestly the message boards of the 80s were much better than this JUNK) then you have to do it AGAIN bc bot #1 isn’t so bright & does absolutely nothing. Bot #2 is where the laff comes. No, you can’t c/p your previous message, that would be too easy, & bc the boards are too klunky. Whenever the message gets answered one wld never know bc the notifiers are pushed off too far in the corner hidden. I Like the game - but I never-ever spend my real money. Nope. Never. About 7 of us who’ve been playing 5-8 years have just about had our fill of JJ bs. Can it be fun-absolutely. Also draining. Even a bit addicting. And all the freaking ADS. You’re basically not allowed to breathe until you see an ad & that may require up to NINE (9) EXHAUSTING taps to get off your screen & resume play. I’m about ready to go to some of the games app & give them a review. Yes very exhausting ads - very exhausting taps!

Fun but do not trust Wooga I have been playing for over 2 years, so I obviously love playing the game itself, and I love the teammates I have in my club. However, what I do not like is the fact that they will absolutely cheat you in any way, shape, or form they can. If you were supposed to get 100 energies as a prize and you know without a doubt you didn’t get them, you write into support, tell them what happened, and you will get a response telling you that you did something wrong that kept you from receiving them. It happens every single time. They recently had an issue with the Detective Partners game. They had issues all day that day. The game would just lose connection with the server and it messed up a lot of players games. I had opened an item I purchased with coins that was worth 900 flowers. I got them, then they lost connection with the server. When I finally got back into the game, my piece that I had just opened was there, but my 900 flowers were gone. I started writing into support on May 8th, 2026, then I wrote through email because no one ever answered me back through the game. Today is June 2nd, 2026, and I still don’t know what is going on with getting my flowers back. I sent in screenshots of everything they asked and any other info they requested as my proof. I did get a message from someone named Francis on May 19th, 2026, and she told me that they couldn’t tell what happened with that piece because I had put it in and taken it out of my storage several times. I flat out told her she was lying because I had not once moved that piece off of that island, and I asked her for a screenshot of her system telling and showing her that I had moved it. Of course, I haven’t gotten my screenshot, and I still haven’t gotten my flowers back. So, we will see on this one. But if you play this game, be prepared to be cheated a lot.

“Cost” Prohibitive Points I started playing this game through KashKick. Def not worth it for that. You have to earn points to progress to each scene, which you do by playing scenes and earning different points. And actually playing the scenes cost a third type of points. The amount needed to progress gets higher and higher (I just hit level 73 and it suddenly more than doubled), but the amount earned from scenes remains the same, so your progress gets increasingly slower to the point that it’s not very fun anymore. I regret playing it for KashKick, as it’s becoming almost impossible to advance fast enough without spending real money, but I’ve sunk soooo many hours into playing at this point. Guess I should have seen that coming.

Wooga latest changes I am on a very competitive team. The recent Wooga changes have not been well received. Additionally, the cost of playing continues to rise. What used to typically cost to enhance playing has risen from $9.99 USD to $19.99-$23.99. You are pricing out your loyal players. I have read that JJ is Wooga most successful game. Don’t make us leave or slow down our playing due to cost or software glitches. Also, the number of ads is crazy. They frequently freeze the games.

Unwelcome changes I really like this game but lately they are making too many changes and ruining the fun. We used to get 24 hours of bonus shield time for the detective event. I took advantage of that time and was always able to do a lot. It didn’t make the event easy. My group has only completed it one time. But it made it fun to try. They took that away and now we can’t even come close so I don’t even try. During the last partners event. They gave us 100 extra event energy to start. I got all my partners and started the event. I had made good progress and then they took the event down and restarted it. I had to get new partners and started the event over. I complained and they gave me either 50 or 100 energy. Which didn’t make up for all the work I had put in. During this partnership event, they have lowered all the amounts on the spinning wheel and raised all the amount on the scenes from 36,500 to 50,000. So now you need a total of 54,000 more points(13,500 per scene x 4) to complete the event but lowered the amount of points you can get with each spin. In the scent event this week, there are 18 levels. Too many. They are also running 4 events at a time almost constantly. It’s starting to feel like a job not a fun game. Please slow down. Give us 1-2 events at a time. Change the event back to what they used to be. Stop making them harder. We play to have fun not get stressed out. And when you make a mistake like taking an event down and making everyone start over, give people a big bonus for the trouble it caused them. A month ago, I would have given this game 5 stars, today. Until last week, I DID love this game For some reason, last week the developers decided to takes seconds away from the Competition challenge. From 120 seconds to 32 seconds. Then the prize envelopes now have more “Deja vu tokens (meaning that you are less likely to win the monthly island Reno prizes) but they thought that they were smart by removing the actual verbiage “Deja vu” in order to supposedly keep folks from figuring out immediately just how often that they are being ripped off. FYI: this doesn’t we SEE it! The developers are actively making decisions to make people hate or tire of this game easily because of greed! It won’t end well!
