Bad Marketing What kind of marketing do you call it when a company intentionally works against their better customers by setting levels, scoring and number of cases required in club mysteries so high it’s impossible to reach them causing frustration and anger versus incentive. I did not realize greed would be your focus. It’s a game. It’s supposed to be fun.

Game instability Keep getting kicked off. Just wasted coins giving plants and received no credit for it. No other game has this issue. Ànd you have the audacity to blame the internet connection when it’s your game

Larger Islands I really like the game, and all the different places June goes. The decorations are really nice. However, the islands need to be WAY bigger. Unfortunately, there is not enough room for all the decorations; I have too much in storage, and you penalize us and take away flowers for storing them, which makes it harder to advance.

Used to be more fun Been playing since the beginning, now Wooga changes the time it takes to earn rewards to move on in the game and player gets less rewards. While technically you don’t have to use actual cash they are making it more difficult to play and there are too many ads and the ads have gotten longer and longer over the years. Extremely frustrating would like to continue playing, but it may be time to look for a new app

Used to be fun They have changed the game to the point it is no longer fun. They made them so that it is impossible to finish or win the big prize. The detective partners used to be 36,000 for each of the four clues now they 50,000. Unless you never sleep or work it is completely unattainable. I’ve been playing since 2020. I quit for a while when they started this sorta thing back then and I am about to quit again. They have taken the enjoyment out and made it like a job with so much pressure to even come close to winning. Horrible, it’s best that you don’t even start this game. The customer support is useless. They will only say , “ sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues have you tried reloading the game?” Or the classic,” I am sorry that you are frustrated. I will pass this along and we will take what you said under advisement.” They never take accountability.

Changes needed Changes needed, we should be allowed to store items in the ship without loosing flower count, all our islands are packed full of junk. It should be a fun game where we can actually setup all these islands like we want, and not just fill with junk everywhere. Something needs to change. It’s becoming ridiculous.

Utter Disappoint If you want a game to sharpen your memory; this is not it. There are many items missed named and the same item called different names in different pictures.
