They just stole from their players In the middle of a game they simply erased it after players had invested hours of play time, spent real money to get resources to advance. They offer some vague promise of making it up to the players but most of us have seen them get greedier as time goes on. I’ve played for years and spent a lot of money but I’m tired of being taken advantage of like this. Do better wooga or you will lose a lot of players.

Don’t waste your time Have been playing for years. Everything was great until the last two years when they clutter the game screen with unrelated side games and makes rewards contingent upon playing the other games. Like we are being held hostage and being robbed. Frequent crashes and poor customer service.

Greedy unethical developers! This game glitches all the time and they just punished the players for it. This week alone I completely finish an event. It took me four hours and a lot of energy to do and they reclaimed my rewards. You try to use the app help and your Help message magically disappears. They keep making the events harder and less rewarding. They’ve switched to combining events and then supposedly compensating you by app mailbox that never appears even when you’ve earned it.. The whole thing is such a scam, save your time play something else.

This game is a money-grabbing scam full of false advertising Had to give five stars so my review would actually be posted, which is already scummy. My actual rating would be 0/5. The game constantly tries to get you to spend money, but you can ignore that. However, it also tries to incentivize you to play more by offering numerous side quests for extra prizes, then nine times out of ten doesn’t award you the extra prizes it promised you. This is just flat out fraud. Good luck trying to resolve things through customer support, because you’ll just get generic replies from bots based on keywords in your message that will never actually address your concerns or give what was promised. It’s a shame, because at one time this game was fun, but now it’s just full of fraud and theft and whatever few humans are left running don’t care about the users at all. Save yourself and headache and don’t download it!

Holds up over time I’ve been playing this for nearly ten years and still very much enjoy it. The main game is challenging but not impossible, and I never need to pay out of pocket to keep playing it. The side games however is where they make it impossible to play fully without paying, but they aren’t necessary so I just don’t play them. The decorating is the best part of the game and the decorations have been very creative, although the longer you play I notice repetitions in designs. Some special decorations are only available by purchase. Halloween decorations have been some of my favorites and I’ve set up one of my islands to have an exclusively Halloween theme. They also are pretty generous with free gifts on the main game. I also really appreciate that the characters and stories are diverse and inclusive. Overall worth it!

Frustrated I have played this game for years and would have given an okay review prior to the latest issue. If they make an admitted mistake on their end do not expect to compensated fairly or appropriately. Do not spend any money on this game or take it too seriously.

👎🏼 It’s not allowing me to play scene 5 because it keeps telling me that i need to decorate, and then i keep decorating and it keeps saying the same thing. Definitely disappointing because i was really liking this game.

Shameful pay to play At first, I really liked this game and I found out about it from a YouTube channel. I thought it would be really fun to test my memory, keep my observation skills sharp and enjoy a storyline… But that is not what this is. Why do I have to decorate an island to be able to unlock more chapters of play? That literally makes no sense. I do not care about decorating an island and yet I can’t proceed unless I decorate an island? This is the day I’m deleting this game. I didn’t mind all the ads as much thinking that I could still play the game, but now it is becoming obvious that in order to have enough coins to buy enough decorations to be able to unlock more levels of playing you have to spend actual money and that is not why I downloaded this game!!!! I would give this a zero star.

Fun game, BUT… I’ve been playing just 2 years. I love the actual search and find part. The scenes are interesting and challenging. I love the club part. Having said all that- the game is designed so that not all players get the same rewards for the same effort. Prices are different from one player to another also. They even have a “special group” that receive daily gifts and such. I’d love to find a similar game that does not show so much favoritism but I’ve grown pretty fond of my teammates and the story line also! Just a woe to the wise, if favoritism or an unequal playing field bother you, I’d avoid this game.

What a shame... Apparently, the developers of this game must have lost all their personal wealth to gambling, drugs, or drink, because they need to reach into the pockets of their loyal players and grab as much money as they can. They do this by doubling the costs to buy the tools necessary to complete side games or to maintain a position in competitive clubs. The shame of it is that it truly was enjoyable to play, but more often than not nowadays, I am truly appalled at myself for continuing to play. Today's disappearing side game (that many people had worked on for hours, and paid for that pleasure) came back with all progress and any investment gone. Maybe sometime tomorrow, they will send 100 energy points (practically worthless) and assume they have placated the displeasure. Many of us will never know because this is one time too many and we will gone. Others may wander back again from time to time, but I can guarantee the Wooga team, that many loyal spenders will not waste another penny on this game. My advice to the uninitiated: stay away from this game.
