June's Journey: Hidden Objects

Gone Downhill I’ve been playing the game for a 1.5 years and in that time, you have to spend more time and money to progress in the game. There is an unsustainable amount of side games that you must play at the same time to reap the rewards. The game is no longer relaxing. It’s stressful and time draining. There are hundreds if not thousands of complaints on Facebook, yet the creators don’t listen. People are quitting the game in droves because we are overwhelmed and stressed. They have also made the game unfair from player to player. They charge different amounts of money for different players. If you’ve made a purchase before, it costs you more Money, then another increase each time you buy, whereas if you’ve made don’t often spend money, you are charged less for the same item. Some players have to play 5 scenes vs others that have to play every two to earn the same amount of badges. It doesn’t matter what level you are on. It should be the same for everyone. If they changed this game back to the way it was, spread out the side games and made earning badges and the cost to purchase items fairly across the board, I would give it 5 stars. Instead of improving, it continues to get worse and worse.

They just stole from their players In the middle of a game they simply erased it after players had invested hours of play time, spent real money to get resources to advance. They offer some vague promise of making it up to the players but most of us have seen them get greedier as time goes on. I’ve played for years and spent a lot of money but I’m tired of being taken advantage of like this. Do better wooga or you will lose a lot of players.

What a shame... Apparently, the developers of this game must have lost all their personal wealth to gambling, drugs, or drink, because they need to reach into the pockets of their loyal players and grab as much money as they can. They do this by doubling the costs to buy the tools necessary to complete side games or to maintain a position in competitive clubs. The shame of it is that it truly was enjoyable to play, but more often than not nowadays, I am truly appalled at myself for continuing to play. Today's disappearing side game (that many people had worked on for hours, and paid for that pleasure) came back with all progress and any investment gone. Maybe sometime tomorrow, they will send 100 energy points (practically worthless) and assume they have placated the displeasure. Many of us will never know because this is one time too many and we will gone. Others may wander back again from time to time, but I can guarantee the Wooga team, that many loyal spenders will not waste another penny on this game. My advice to the uninitiated: stay away from this game.

Never Again I’ve spent a considerable amount of money on this game because I used to really enjoy it. It was engaging, interesting and unique. After the ridiculous fiasco of the Detective Partners game this morning, Wooga/Playtika/whoever won’t be getting any more from me. It was a blatant slap in the face for everyone participating whether they choose to pay for resources or not. You took a great game and turned it into your downfall. Congratulations.

Holds up over time I’ve been playing this for nearly ten years and still very much enjoy it. The main game is challenging but not impossible, and I never need to pay out of pocket to keep playing it. The side games however is where they make it impossible to play fully without paying, but they aren’t necessary so I just don’t play them. The decorating is the best part of the game and the decorations have been very creative, although the longer you play I notice repetitions in designs. Some special decorations are only available by purchase. Halloween decorations have been some of my favorites and I’ve set up one of my islands to have an exclusively Halloween theme. They also are pretty generous with free gifts on the main game. I also really appreciate that the characters and stories are diverse and inclusive. Overall worth it!

Fun game, BUT… I’ve been playing just 2 years. I love the actual search and find part. The scenes are interesting and challenging. I love the club part. Having said all that- the game is designed so that not all players get the same rewards for the same effort. Prices are different from one player to another also. They even have a “special group” that receive daily gifts and such. I’d love to find a similar game that does not show so much favoritism but I’ve grown pretty fond of my teammates and the story line also! Just a woe to the wise, if favoritism or an unequal playing field bother you, I’d avoid this game.

DETECTIVE PARTNERS EPIC FAIL! I have been play JJ for about 2 1/2-3 years now. I am livid about the recent event where their side game Detective Partners apparently was reset this morning causing all players to LOOSE any and all of the game play that we had started last night (May 6,2026) This is not the first time that I have had problems with JJ! They have made so many changes to this game IMO that it’s loosing its appeal for me. Prices have gone up on in app purchases, the playing rewards to me are a joke sometimes.. I’m really close to just deleting my game all together, that’s how 🤬🤬 I am over this last crucial WOOGA screw up! We players are the ones supporting this game & therefore the company revenue. It would be nice for WOOGA to also support and appreciate their players! (And I don’t mean by giving us a damn pink box thinking that is even close to compensatory) Rant review over!!!

Poor Design Planning Devs don’t fix problems This could be an excellent Five Star game. However, some games within the game are not winnable. People can’t play them. People don’t play them because there is not enough time to complete the tasks. You can’t find all the objects in the few seconds they give you then the time runs out and you lose. I’ve contacted the developers weeks ago, but they don’t fix the problems I’d love to play sweep the board, but no matter how fast I go time runs out and you lose. I’ve asked them to add about five or 10 more seconds. So people can complete the mission. My game club members don’t play some of the games either and a number of them have quit. This could be an exceptional game if people could ever win. And I am not slow at finding the objects. It’s just bad game Design and Devs’s will not adjust things. Jpentz

Very upset, long time player! I lost more than 300+ diamonds on partner detectives! As I wrote on my previous message I sent earlier today. I bought the top energy, paying 199 diamonds. I paid 50 diamonds at least 6 times keeping my 20th level to keep playing at that level! Now we have to restart it again on May 7, 2026. Wooga and partners are greedy, greedy, greedy!!! What the hell!!! If there are other players, like me getting played by wooga, that’s really a shame. Over all these years, one would think wooga would want to help keep loyal players happy! No! Wooga just wants to add and add more junk to the original game, and screw anyone if they don’t like it! I am so sick of getting screwed by wooga!!! Losing me as a player probably doesn’t phase you all one bit!! Just sickening!!!

Frustrated Wooga’s can flip over backwards to take a side game down, reset it and put it back but have no respect for players to explain why or apologize for lost resources that were used before they took the side game down. Wooga’s just set a horrible example to players once again in the worst way, if thing’s are positive for us it will be taken from us.
