About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

didnt expect much but its actually one of the most engaging and fun games iv played in a long time everyone on the ship has something to do and not gonna lie made my palms sweat a few times and theres so many oh ♥♥♥♥ moments its mad and the on foot combat is loads of fun too im well impressed with it so far
Incredibly fun, with good design. In its most recent update, the performance of this game has completely tanked to the point of near absolute unplayability. the game's "maximum performance" DLSS only marginally improves this, not sure what I was expecting. Better enjoyed without an exploitative ex. Also feels AI generated but that might just be me (not the voices specifically i mean the design in general)

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each update seems to have made the game more consistently aggressive without really offering appropriate gear or upgrades to the players to manage the aggression from the enemies. Either the crew I most recently played with got terrible luck or post anniversary update the spawns seem to have been jacked up to levels that are simply unmanageable, too much metal firing too many shots with not enough health to deliver lead back. I mean, before the update the worst chain of back to back spawns I had received with another group was 3 being a beacon, jammer and ambush, the last run my current group had experienced, in one sector, a jammer ship, jump buoys, a fighter swarm, I think two corvettes (Definitely at least one) and an exit ambush, all back to back by the time we dealt with the last critical issues (Such as fire or radiation), and the next sector we got a jammer, fighter swarm and corvette, that is 9 events back to back with the pause in between being the main event of the second sector, on the current difficulty 5. Then there's the issue of enemies being able to snipe through shields (Fortress shields at least) and cause status effects that can shut down the shields immediately, notably making the shield generator critical, knocking out the auxiliary generator supplying it and creating a radiation leak that immediately knocks out the shields, resulting in all 1.7K shield points vanishing in a single tick. And even if both of those were fixed there's still the issue of the equipment grind, we got a single superior piece of equipment (Orange tier, fourth tier) and it was a flak cannon that had decent all-around stats, but was genuinely outclassed by a blue tier (Second tier) weapon of a different type at the same level. And then there's the TTK absolutely cratering, which is very bad when the spawns are jacked up to compensate so you wind up in a situation where you can take 30+ points of damage from a single burst ... and there are 8 more of the same enemies (The bipedal ones called raptors to be exact) preparing to blast you, ontop of anything else in the back. Pre-anniversary update I was able to melee a similar horde and come out ontop, but now when a trio can immediately down you, let alone 8 coming out of a doorway, it forces an incredibly evasive and defensive playstyle. And even ontop of all of this, the artillery objective, which has consistently been problematic still entirely mandates taking anything and everything that boosts speed since you're fighting against a clock with effectively no room for error, even if you can immediately kill the disruptor and grab the objective at each zone, apparently 117% speed (Or something in that realm) isn't enough to complete the travel distance from point to point required on the default ship, and there is a heavier ship that can be unlocked. And oh yeah they seem to have increased the maximum difficulty to 10 (Where the previous highest was 5), but as far as we could tell keep the difficulty the same meaning 5 is just as difficult as before, and it only goes up from there. There's also bugs such as (At the time of typing) the pilot getting hit through the cockpit and instantly getting downed, the new materia pistol being only scannable for one person (Not even as post-mission loot) and visual effects suddenly stopping which add more fatigue and roughness to the overall experience. TL;DR: Balance changes feel like the developers attacking the players rather than trying to craft a fun experience, would've recommended a few weeks ago at the time of typing, do not recommend now on the grounds of it likely getting worse. The core gameplay potential it's self is fun, but GOD the player should not be treated like the enemy of the devs.
Before the anniversary update I would say this game is fun but my pc can’t handle it and it keeps crashing. After taking a break and returning on the anniversary update I can safely say this game runs so much better and is an absolute blast with friends.
PLSSSS SOMEONE GIFT ME THISS GAME IT SOOOO GOOD
i gotta say i am mad impressed with this game for first impressions. go ahead and buy it. early access projects are usually very unpolished or full of holes. this one, however is not. if you told me this was the completed game, i would believe you and be quite happy with it. the ship feels responsive, and fun to fly. the customization of the colors on your suit and the ship, as well as the ability to rename the ship are very nice touches. the hangar is a fun place to hang out. the ship itself is fun to hang around in and surprisingly roomy. the voiced characters are well voiced. the premise is reminiscent of something like BSG's Cylon War with an og trilogy star wars-esque twist, which i think that's a cool idea and so far well executed. gameplay is like no mans sky meets helldivers 2 meets halo infinite meets like a survival raft game. its a very solid mix of concepts and i want to see where it goes. ship upgrades and maintenance feels fun without being tedious or overly difficult, or too easy. the modules are a very cool concept and the power puzzle is challenging when you suck at puzzles but rewarding when you finally get it right. enemy AI is decently smart. enemies don't feel like bullet sponges like the halo 4 and 5 forerunner things. if you cant get your friends to play with you some missions are gonna be extremely difficult. 1 person + robot guy is good enough for easy missions (that little robot guy tries his best but sometimes gets decision paralysis when there's a lot going on, and you cant manually go tell him what to do cause your trying to do 9999 things at once), a skeleton crew is 2, and 3-4 is ideal. (pilot, gunner, engineer[s]) IF YOU HAVE ANY HARDWARE INSTABILITIES, THIS GAME WILL FIND THEM FOR YOU. I'm running 3x8 ram, and i had a hard crash with a black screen tied to that as far as i can tell via event viewer. i have not had a single problem with any other program or game, only this one. so if you are running a 3x flex mode or unmatched stick config you should lower your ram clock by a few hundred mhz. that seemed to fix it.
damn good game! very excited to see what's next.
Its fun, but too much going on and very repetitive.
i cant stop thinking about ultrakill event horizon...and i cant stop crying....;(.......tears of happy ;) despite the computational costs, this is sick as ♥♥♥♥. buy
Yes, it's very promising. For now, it's lacking the content. The combat is fun but repetitive. However the core mechanic works. They just need to put more maps, weapons and enemy types.
