Jewel Match Atlantis Solitaire 3 - Collector's Edition

[i] My Experience [/i] It certainly feels that developer Suricate Software has found its niche, making +1/-1 solitaire games. At this point they've released 12(!) of these on Steam (13 if you count a collector's edition of an earlier release). They are all very similar, differing only in environment, 1-2 special modes, and which solitaire variants they contain as bonus games. The new modes in this iteration include Supersize, Challenge, and Match 2. I've become fond of Match 2 style solitaire through playing developer magnussoft's solitaire releases, so the inclusion of this mode was quite a perk for me. I don't like the Supersize levels, mostly because they take such a long time to complete. It feels especially bad to fail at one of these and it's demotivating. I'm not into the Challenge levels either, as they feel a bit too random. Completing certain challenges requires you to try a level over and over until you finally get a workable layout. I enjoy the Atlantis setting and it seems that other players do as well, as Suricate has now released four Jewel Match Atlantis Solitaire games. It's unfortunate that Suricate feels the need to couple a soundtrack with these solitaire levels, as I have honestly never heard [b]any[/b] of the music - I always play these games while listening to other tunes on Spotify. With Suricate's releases, you'll always get your money's worth. I've never bought one of these at the retail price (they go on sale often), but even if I did - 13 bucks for 30 hours of solitaire isn't bad.
